Please don’t ever use spray “butter” and you didn’t even break the eggs in a different bowl so now you’ve got uneven mix of egg yolk and egg white. And if your eggs are literally bubbling in the pan you’ve got the temperature to damn high which causes the eggs to cook unevenly so than you end up with patches that are over cooked. Not the best 😔

When I do that I mix cream, bell pepper S&P into the eggs, use butter from my neighbor’s cow and jalapeño swirled bread with cheese in between and THAT is the best egg sandwich

in the UK, eggs are 2 ww points each, lookslike more than one egg in there so say 2 eggs, the ham/ turkey would equate to one point, spray butter 1 point and that bread, even if its WW danish which it isn't, would be 2 or 4 points for the slices so actually, that sandwich is 10 points on the Green plan. you could have a pot of instant porridge for 7 points and a cuppa instead

If you think those two seasonings are the key to perfectly seasoned eggs, I would really recommend playing around with a spice rack. Not even joking, a bit of onion and garlic powder, some cayenne, a dash of dill or thyme, maybe some chives... trust me, you'll never call eggs that were "salted and peppered on both sides" properly seasoned again.

Depends on how far along they are. Seasoning right at the point they're almost done won't make it rubbery and you won't have the gritty texture.
