I would 1000% recommend MB14 s 2018 La Cup Showcase, followed by the MB14 vs Saro battle, specifically in that order. Its important to give context to how incredibly talented MB14 is, and what an ambassador he's been for the beat oxing and loopstation scenes for many years.
@@dropbarracuda yeah man, his later parts in solo beatbox were way better, 2019 is kinda meh. His loops always slapped though.
@@JS-vj1il he did say he listened to an appreciated Pyramids from MB14, but you kept pushing 😅. Not everyone is going to like everything.

@@DrumRollTonyReacts Rythmind vs. Frosty is pretty good, Dice vs. Robin holds some cool surprises as well. But at the end of the day, don't feel forced if you don't enjoy loopstation as much. I for one love solo stuff, because as you said it's organic and more impressive.
...of all the MB14 routines anyone could've recommended, this is certainly one of them. Seriously though, this is criminally misrepresentative of this man's talent.

@@DrumRollTonyReactswhat the dude meant (i think) is mb14 is and always has been primarily a looper, but in 2018-2019 he wanted to improve his solo beatboxing. He wasn’t great by gbb standards, and since then he has improved significantly. So something newer would’ve been more indicative of his current skill. Imagine if people reacted to your very first videos, or performances. Most of the beatboxers you react to are strictly solo beatboxers and have been for 10+ years.

For more rhythmically demanding beatboxers, check out Skiller, beatboxer from Bulgeria. I think you'd enjoy his compilation from the Spacetime legends 2021 battles. This was an online fantasy battle made by Swissbeatbox and had a few legends from the beatboxing scene do 1 minute battle rounds vs each other, no clear winners from judges, just up to fan interpretation.
To understand the ending part its a reference to a famous video of his former group, berywam "chinese trap".

Since you don't like loopstation stuff as much you might enjoy some of MB14s group work where other beatboxers are providing the additional layers. "BERYWAM & MB14 | Crew Beatbox World Champions | World Beatbox Camp 2018" is one of MB14 and 4 other beatboxers and another shorter one is "WOLFGANG (SARO & MB14)-GBB20: World League Tag-Team Wildcard"
11:16 from what I've heard so far, the closest to that is beatboxers doing beats in 7/8 time signature.
Alem vs King Inertia at GBB 21 is the first video that comes to my mind here
EDIT: Completely forgot about Middle School. They are a very skilled Tag Team and often play with timing and grooves, though I am not educated to hear what exactly they are doing most of the time. In their Semi-Finals at GBB 21 they did one part in 4/5 but I would recommend you to watch their GBB 21 compilation including their seeding round and the finals as well, it's really worth it.
Also upon research, former world champ SkilleR did one video "Beatbox in different TIME SIGNATURES", pretty self explanatory what it is about lol.

But its time you enter the realm of group beatboxing with multiple people cos atm this is probably the highest quality of beatboxing with minimal effects that weve seen.
The best recommendations to start off with are:
Hiss, alexinho, river, colaps - If Only
Beatpella house - They have a few tracks now but their blackpink cover is very accurate and shows alot of unique sounds.
YA NA HA - Get Up , or their wildcard for the gbb
All amazing groups and the tracks/ covers they do are amazing

@@trisfaleel The original Berywam members have all won multiple individual titles, except MB14 who is the most talented but doesn’t compete well. Berywam is also much tighter as a group than the others. Watch their AGT rounds. They got to the finals.🔥
@@trisfaleel All of them are great individually. For a crew, I think Berywam is the tightest.
The best GBB in history, so many interesting things happened, and it was the last participation of so many beatboxers like MB14, Dlow, Show go and others.
It would be great if you analyzed the battle of Dlow vs Colaps, the best in my opinion of that GBB.

There are people who mess with "unconventional" rhythmn in the beatbox schene! Sadly, there isnt much written teaching of advanced concepts. Beatboxers naturally think in rhythmic groupings due to how beatbox is learned, so concepts like tuplets and metric modulations are done but they are explained in strange ways when viewed from a "conventional" instrument POV
I would highly recommend bookie blanco GBB23 roung 2 wildcard. It was a little bit controversial because of the tempo he used (which was a quintuplet). In my opinion, it ended up sounding pretty good and I would recommend it. I would also recommend his GBB24 wildcard which was easily one of my favourites
Don’t know enough to say if he’ll be what you’re looking for, but for more rhythmically interesting stuff you might try SkilleR. I’d suggested his Beatbox to World Live 2021 Judge Show, unless someone else is more sure of a better choice.
11:16 go check out napoms 2nd (!!) round wildcard for gbb 23, this one is basically all about groove, I bet you'd have a lot to analyse!
Furthermore I'd recommend "time is an illusion" by Middle School, the name says it already haha.
And last but definitely not least my personal favorite and imo King of Groove WING. Just check one of his latest gbb wildcards, this man is incredibly musically skilled.
