No Knead Dinner Rolls Quick And Easy

- Fancy making your own quick and easy Dinner Rolls at home.
Here's what you'll need:
Ingredients:
3 cups all purpose flour (375g)
¼ cup sugar (50g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
2 and ¼ tsp instant yeast (7g)
1 whole egg
1 cup warm milk (250ml)
4 tbsp softened unsalted butter(50g)
Eggwash: 1egg + 2 tablespoons milk, beaten
This recipe yields 18 pcs dinner rolls.
*Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C(350°F) for 20-22 minutes. I'm using a conventional oven which heat rises from the bottom.
*Proofing time may vary depending on the temp of your workplace. It may take between 1-2 hours or wait until it doubles in size.
*Not as soft as the kneaded version but still a good kind of bread.😊

I have never attempted to make dinner rolls, but this one seemed easy. I tried it and it is easy. I made them for Thanksgiving and everyone liked them. Loved it . Never going to buy store bought again. Thank you so much.

Just finished baking them, they came out not as soft as what's shown , but for quick delicious dinner rolls, they're delicious! And just 2hrs start to finish.
yeah..I hv tried other similar bread from here..they are not as soft and also after a day, its no longer fluffy, why?

Made these today! Shape them into a small ropes and wrap a sausage in between. I did a 30 mins room temp proofing, fold, follow by an overnight proofing in the fridge. THE FLAVORRRR IS INSANE!!! throw some herbs in there

I’ve made bread before many times from this channel, but this recipe is GREAT! I mixed it all with a wooden spoon and let it proof over night before rolling into dough balls... LOVE LOVE LOVE!

I finally made them except I used salted butter so I reduced the salt by half. And they came out so good I’m so happy ! I made a cloverleaf shape ( was feeling ambitious) sooo good thank you 🙏🏼 so easy love it !! I have arthritis in my hands so knee-ding is painful so I’m glad

Thank you for putting the oven temperature! I had problems last time when I made the milk bread. I couldn’t get it to cook all the way through due to the heat being to low.
Yeah it's bcoz this person who bakes the buns never interact with people who wish to ask questions. I have tried asking this baker a few questions very politely about the process and the baker don't seem to care. Probably the baker only like people showering with high praises. Very snobbish and arrogant character.

They look delicious and I tried twice to make them 😟 but the first time the dough didn’t rise and the second time the dough did rise but it stayed like the beginning I could make the little round balls, it was very sticky and I even added more flour it just stuck to my fingers☹️
