Those apps don't work for me ☹️. Building trees doesn't kill the procrastination it makes me more distracted. Try out these apps. - Digital Detox - BlackOut: Stay Focused/Beat Phone addiction. - 0ff-line The apps have been effective for me. For Digital Detox and 0ff-line app, you can whitelist the apps you want to use and block out the rest. I'll keep you updated when I discover other effective apps.
I've been using "RUclips Go" app which is basically youtube but lite version and you don't get to scroll through the comments! Also there are less video recommendations ! So good for using youtube for studying purpose!

I tried "Focus to do app".But once I enabled the phone lock and started timer I got a notification from Android system saying that app is 💔blocking notifications and to change it if I want.😭 This way I am able to use the phone again. Please tell any solution for this 🙏🥺🥺
