the character development is clear. Paddington has made them all into quite nice fellows. Had those words been spoken about them in the beginning they would've been extremely angry.
I like to imagine that they all hang around there every visiting day hoping someone will want to introduce them to their family, and that was the first time ever that they actually knew it would happen and were really excited while they were waiting.
@@seamuscurtin Yeah, great film. He's fantastic in pretty much everything I've seen him in (with the possible exception of Edge of Tomorrow, where he just seemed miscast).

Yes, that is the father of Charlie and the Chocolate factory, but I dont really know the other actors for the other characters, but the names of those characters kind of sound familiar (one of them sounds like he is from Harry Potter)
That was a "You are calling me a baboon with two brain cells and you are the one who runs his mouth in front of hardened criminals, putting the life of your loved ones and yourself in danger because you did´t bother to read a label over a switch?" from Mr. Knuckles.
Was a really nice cast for Paddington 2. Especially technically having Molly Weasley, Horace Slughorn, Alastor " Mad-eye " Moody, Dolores Umbridge and Albus Dumbledore in it.
Ah yes, people that have gone on killing rampages deserve to spend time in a happy, cosy, pink and bright centre with balloons and bedtime stories. Seems legit.
When knuckles said “we can still hear you” and then the guy said “gentlemen” I showed a add and I couldn’t stop laughing because they all looked so so sad/angry.
Dunno if it's the accent , the atmosphere or the fact that he has prison friends with a heart of gold but, was Wes Anderson involved in this movie in any way?
Takashi: "I often think about that night, such a small event. But ultimately, the moment that would lead me to becoming oyabun, highest leader of the Yakuza."
Paddington is one of those few kid films that’s very well-made that I think anyone of all ages can enjoy it. Wish more kid films would follow this form being well executed and written so it’s tolerable for adult family members to watch
from a Harry Potter perspective of this movie: Umbridge is married to Dumbledore, along with Mrs. Weasley, take care of Paddington, Moody is Paddingtons prison friend and Slughorn is a french antique shop owner.
Making one of the prisoners a disgraced MP was such a great joke
I can find any mention of him other than this scene
Who’s that, Knuckles ?
Deffo a tory too
Thats the most unrealistic part of the film, an MP in prison, not the talking, marmalade loving bear.
What’s an MP?
Paddington: friendly, good with people, just all around great
Paddington 2: runs the underground
No, his friendly nature allowed him to befriend and change these men. He sees the good in everyone.
He sees the good in people yet he tried to throw Millicent Clyde off of a roof with a flock of hungry pigeons in the first movie
@@mrcritical6751 That was self defense. Being a good person doesn't mean letting people walk all over you.

I love just how calmly Knuckles says "it has microphone written on it"
You can hear his Voice has taken on a Softer tone. Because of Paddington I say without a Doubt.
Knuckles said calmly.
I can just imagine the music that’s like “run duh nunnunununnunn”
After he just called him stupid too haha
Well I'm guessing Knuckles and the other prison friend are already getting used to it when people called them mean names 😂

Only Paddington could make friends with an entire prison.
He always look for the good in someone and always finds it. He could probably do the same with the mafia

You should proofread what you write before you post. If they offended him, why would they beat him up? He was the one who offended them.
