Dragon Ball Z: Budokai (PS2) - Any% Speedrun in

I said I was done with this game, but it bothered me how much time I lost in the Cell Games in my last PB. I saved most of the time back in the Cell games this time, only to lose 10 seconds throughout the rest of the game. I theorize this category can humanly go about 12-15 seconds below this time with the current strategies and good luck. I might go for the "perfect run", I might not. This took like 8 months to get, so the run is only getting more difficult to shave time off of.
