The math is usually the hardest part for people, so if you struggle in math get Algebra 1 and 2 for dummies, and do every problem. Then get ASVAB for dummies and do every problem. You should pass with at least an 80.

Is that what the asvab consist of? Algebra 1 and 2? What about like geometry?
mankindThis It is mostly algebra but make sure you know the Geometry. Look if you study and really understand the material you WILL do good.

Tia Tinika take a class with Ferando Cardona he helps people pass the asvab. I just took the practice test I scored a 25 the first time then went back and scored a 32 and now I’m taking the picat.

I got the passing score, I had been almost six years out of school, I'm trying to get a 92a or a 92y. Those are my options but I have to wait till meps opens up again because I have consults before enlisting ❤️ thankyou for serving ♥️

I took the asvab in highschool because my school just set us all in a room and never really explained what it was. I didn’t even know what the test was for until the recruiter explained it while we in the room. I scored a 62 or something like that and now that I’m looking into going into the military, years later, I’m gonna have to retake and I haven’t been in school in 2 years. 😅😅

Do you think I’m close to making any progress with the practice test ?
I made a 16 on the asvab. It’s just that people always say it’s easy, it’s common sense. Like opening a door or knowing what gender you are. That’s common sense. If it were up to me right now to do pre algebra to save my life I couldn’t. I have a a friend in college who made a 15 and she has a 3.6 gpa in college. It’s asvab material. I studied with my friend and I made a 16. Everything we tested over wasn’t even on the asvab. I took the picat and made a 29. So it’s not so common unless you made A throughout school or B’s. I never was good in academics...I made D’s and F’s in math. Math was never common sense to me. But I can read my butt off...reading is easy to me and spelling. Electronics is common sense to me. My mom wanted me to fix her T.V. I knew it was gonna work because I was there. I told her momma it’s gonna work now because I’m here. I could tell by the load times that it was gonna bring up RUclips without a problem and it did. I told her if it flexes on you again just let me know. But math...it’s not common sense to me. Never was...it’s just not my thing...
Aweee, did you retake it?? Don’t give up I know this DS who failed miserably 4 times and passed on the 5th time and she’s now a Drill Sergeant. I’m horrible at test especially math as well and I hate how ppl make it seem so easy when it’s kinda not but that just means I gotta study harder
I’m a senior bouta graduate from HS, It was my first time that I took theASVAB and I didn’t know what to expect, after I got my results, my AFQT was a 21, I feel and felt like a total Dumb Fuck, now I got the materials and I’m studying to raise my score

Sisss I took the SAT & got a 1000 but when I took the practice ASVAB I got a 28! That shit was dumb hard for me 😭! I took another one online and I got almost all the mechanical questions wrong 🤦🏼♀️

Shaniyah Carmichael No I haven’t, I think the practice test I took with the Air Force was just harder than the Navy practice test. I got the 28 with the Air Force which was a week ago 😭 and I got the 53 with the Navy today 😊

I’m in my thirty’s too! I figured it was too late for me, but the more research I’ve been doing is really giving me hope again. Right now considering joining, it’s late in life... but life happens! And it something I always wanted but ppl always shamed me for wanting to join. I feel like the time is now. The workout/math part for me as well is the only obstacle I feel will be my downfall as well. One day at a time but stay persistent. I hope I see you accomplish your goals, it’s never too late and time is FLYINGGGG LOL. These math problems and OMG I haven’t seen these math questions in so long.🙄

i just took it today and got a 45. It’s passing but i want at least 50 since it’s the average score and most importantly I want to have a high enough line score to get the mos i want
Trust me you wouldn't want to repeat that test with that 45 cause, if u do it might get worse which is if u made a 20 the 45 is gonna be ghosted and 20 is gonna be your scored. so seriously don't just retake cause u want higher score but what u can do is accept the 45 and whatever job they pick for u...with that u can reschedule the test and why u studying at the same time you gonna get paid for the time you're taking studying for it.

Shaun Moneyy honestly it’s kinda like the SAT so it was pretty much already in my brain . Basic math , general science ...etc. but my recruiter gave me the ASVAB app and it was a lot of help !

Deontay Young c/o 2021 yes you can, you have to be at least 17. You can do split options. go to basic training the summer of junior year & go to AIT the summer of your senior year.

Same I failed the asvab twice already I took it recently in September got a 21 and if I fail it again I have to wait 6months to take it and math is not my strongest subject rite now so hopefully I pass it the next time I take it

I went into the recruiting office for the first time for the Army. I failed the first test at the office. a month later i came back , passed the test in the office. I took the asvab at Meps , failed.
Where am i going to re take the test? Am i going to the Army Recruiting office to take the test? If i pass it i don't have to take another test at MEPS? right just a Medical , physical test?
Or ? He just told me i have to wait 30 Days.

@@marieedean7981 I had 50 in maths 52 in arithmetic 49 in the reading section and 38 in words knowledge and I fail with 30 🤣😂😂 my recruiter said I can write again in February
