heres some advice (ofc no hate): If you wanna draw anime, especcially as a tutorial, you gotta start of with a ROUND circle, then you have to further sectionate the different parts of the face. Dont just start off to draw the eyes if youre not perfect with proportion and drawing both eyes similiar.. just sayin'. Also you need to make sure where the light comes from when you draw highlights, not just in the eyes but also on the hair and face. For the nose, you drew the nose like anime noses look from a 3/4 view but your ortrait is from the front. In general, the face needs to be more structured, like, proportions n stuff (also the bust up stuff needs to be "proportured"). For the hair: first, anime is very large-scaled, means you shouldnt use too much lines for the hair and also for the hair structure. Second, make clear what hairstyle you wanna draw so you wont just draw random hairstrands on the side at the end. Third, as i already said, you have to make sure where the light comes from; the shadows as well as the highlights are pretty random. Some advice for your technique: Dont blend with a brush, in general dont blend when you draw anime. Anime coloring and shadowing is very sharp-edged. means, no smooth shadows or smooth color-transitions. For the face form and chin I'd also recommend sketching and seperating first, like the circle in the beginning. Also you should first make the form of the head and then eyes, nose, mouth and hair (the details). What you did very good is that you lined the whole drawing dark and sharp, thats very typical for anime. For further advice just comment my comment (lol) or idk if you think Im wrong at some points just let me know.. After all no hat, you probably did your best and this is just hopefully helpful advice

Actually I do realistic face I just started to draw anime so I am still learning even though thanks for the advice
