I think you will get back on with Spark. It sounds like a glitch because a lot of people are posting about this. Just awful awful this happened during the holidays for many. Keep doing what you do, you always pull through.
If they haven't fixed it by now, this is obviously not a priority for them. Might be because they have so many drivers now. Hope it gets fixed soon for you man, but I am sure you will make it work, like you have in the past.
A company should not be so big that they cannot keep up with the volume of customer service calls. maybe being a 1099 worker you have no rights as far as disputes I don't know you would think there is some laws or requirements for companies like this. spark better get there shit together before someone creates a better opportunity for drivers, like I said before I have an idea that would more than triple the volume of deliveries from spark or door dash, I tried contacting both company's and I have not heard a word back.
you have 100% on other metrics but 17% acceptance rate, you have to put yourself in sparks shoes seeing a 100% in everything else, but 17% acceptance can only mean one thing, cherry picking if I were them, I would frown upon this for sure.
