If they say order was already picked up, I call VIP support, tell the agent, say placing order will take too long, request half pay, wait for them to contact the store, get half-pay and move on. Take a bit of time, 5-10 mins, but I cover my ass!
Call support. This message likely has nothing to do with any of your orders. I got several of these messages and support said they were sent out to everyone as reminders not to forget items. Makes no sense to me to send out mass messages like this. But either way call support

i NEVER open a bag for confirmation even if dd would ask me to!! i take pictures at pick up AND drop off...hand to me or not! dd NEVER assist drivers with issues from the pick up!!!!
Well they can deactivate the driver. They want the restaurants business because that's how they make money. It is true though on the night shift some of those people do not want to work, there's no real manager there , so they get away with what they want , they can just tell you they're closed and not fill the order.

They sent me a thing about not delivering for 15 minutes. Sitting at a delivery location for 15 minutes and not marking it delivered. Idk. I get things like this sometimes in my summaries. In the past when I call support to ask them what is about they say to ignore it. Scam. Another scam.

I have not watched enough of your videos to know your market. I am running in the DFW markets. I hate shop and pays. They usually take twice the time they should. I have watched DD cutting the base pay for the last 4 years. It does just absolutely suck. I am not going to go in and place an order, pay, and then WAIT 10 to 20 minutes for that order for anything less than 10 or more dollars. I stopped taking Cane's orders before this just because of that. My Red Card cracked became unusable. I marked it missing in the app and have never loaded another one. I stopped getting Cane's orders as well as other orders I had to pay for. This dramatically changed the numbers of orders I was rejecting. Now, I do try to keep above 70% AR and 95% completion. I see a dramatic difference and a lot more trash orders when they aren't above those limits. Sometimes I just got to eat the trash to get back to the good numbers. Usually it is not that long I am doing that. HOWEVER, no matter how bad my numbers are, I am not taking an eleven item, Total Wine liquor order, 20 plus miles, for 10 dollars, HOPING for a fat cash tip. That is minimum round trip of an hour. DD sending orders like that is not getting me to my goal of 20/hr.
So a driver accepted the order then unassigned ate the order doordash keeps sending it to other drivers thinking it's still there????? Correct me if I'm wrong somebody help me out

I just want to let you know in case you didn't know or have a suspicion but all of these food delivery service companies are being managed by a third party company overseas! Paid for by the apps themselves to save money and they all use the same management company..Every account you have on each platform they know about.. it's no coincidence you're getting deactivated on multiple platforms for no reason! It's because they're targeting you brother..

Do you know if you go to help section of DD app and see the rating requirements, it still shows completion rate or 80% isn’t it supposed to be 90%?

Doodash wont allow people to dash my town without 70% AR, its was the same with Top Dasher sht, lately doordash does a good job at keeping me on.
One time i saw a pop up message saying dangerous items were found but I wasnt asked for any reply to read.
