Monetization on RUclips might seem easy, but building a channel that truly connects with your audience takes passion and consistency. For my channel, creating calming and tranquil content has been a rewarding journey, and every milestone feels well-earned! Keep going-your dedication will pay off. 😊 Thanks for sharing.
I started my RUclips channel one month ago, and it's already doing pretty well with 57 subscribers. It's funny how I go on my knees to thank God for every single subscriber Just don't give up, you've got this, keep believing🙏
Thank you for sharing! And yes it’s those small steps how every RUclipsr started! I still can’t believe I made the 1k mark! It’s usually a couple videos that bring in most followers and sometimes the videos in between can feel discouraging sometimes when they barely get any views, but never give up! It will always pay off :) keep it up!
thanks for the tips. They really help me not to feel discouraged ♡ I started my channel 2 weeks ago, and I didn’t think that finding a title and thumbnail would be so hard 😭
Monetizing on RUclips is far from easy, especially for new channels like mine! The journey is definitely challenging, but I really appreciate you sharing these tips-they’re super helpful and motivating! 💪
Thank you! The start always feels like a jump in the ocean as a non swimmer. Scary in the beginning but the more videos you publish the more confident you get. I think what makes most people quit is that usually you don’t get monetized publishing your first 10 videos. And a lot of people don’t want to put in the work without seeing any money. If you stay in the game it’s easy, just like a habit that happens naturally without you actively thinking about it. These things really helped me getting more views and people being interested. Hope it helps you too :) keep creating!
Loved this video! I think making sure to include I live in Japan has definitely helped keep my impressons rate up but my videos still need to be longer. I posted a 30 minute video about dating in Japan and was soooo sure no one would watch it because it was too long (I almost didn't post it) but just as you said, it's given me the most watch hours so far. Now I'm only 150 subs away from monetization. Great tips!!
Thank you!! Really means a lot to me, to see that others find motivation in my videos!! The content creator journey really is a rollercoaster and it’s good to be in that community where we can motivate each other depending on which part we’re at on our journey. 🤍
I created my channel about three weeks ago. I have 8 subscribers but I'm slowly learning the process, I feel like the views have been getting better so just need to stay the course and continue to improve. Thanks for the wise words!
Hi thanks for the encouragement, I am a very new channel, feel very passionate about the topics/content I’m sharing, I spend so much time, preparing my script, editing, trying to make it interesting and am still learning to navigate my way because I have never had a RUclips channel before, I guess this is my challenge, starting when I’m over 60. Thanks to positive channels like yours I’m persevering despite my low subscriptions. ❤
You doing great! I believe the secret behind is to be obsessed to make it happen working hard for it looking always for ways to improve your videos and be consistent & perseverance.
I agree! If we are obsessed with it it doesn't feel like work and that way we tend to stay more consistent. Like Newton who was obsessed and worked 16 hours a day. Recently saw someone study 16 hours a day and had to quit and people in the comments said it was because he was obsessed with what he was doing and that made all the difference.

Really liked this. I started a channel with no real idea about what I was going to do and more recently I've realised I want to do the videos showing my gardening and cooking as that's what I do most of the time. There are a lot of gardening videos out there so I try to make mine different by making them funny or telling funny stories as well as showing how to do things. I'm experimenting to see what works.

@arcanecoral Thank You for saying stuff that actually helped me. I followed your advise and started changing the names of videos I upload into questions or titles that people would want to click, not what I would personally think is a good simple short description for the video. I also changed the original MP4 file name to match it. I've now recently seen a Short I uploaded have over 10,000 views in 3 days. I'm also now integrating making videos based on popular trends into my video creation routine. Mixing what I believe and want to post with what is trending so as not to lose my authenticity. True! Like writing a book, finding the right title and cover can be hard but worth spending the most time on because this is what catches people’s attention first.
This video prompted me to check out your channel. I had to subscribe. Anything else would have been a waste of time. Thank you! And hey, your English is perfect!
I agree with longer videos and attention grabbing titles. The thumbnail and title are the two most important things for getting people to click on your videos. But as for making super interesting content all the time it's not realistic for a lot of people. Most people aren't gonna be down for all these stupid extreme activities like going into a forest without your phone for 24 hours. You can make educational or entertaining content and still do well without going viral. Most people don't have extreme lives or exotic pets to show off so you make due with what you have.
I agree, it’s not possible for everyone but I think it’s about being creative with what you have to offer. But one of my videos where I talk about living with rich people for a year talking about what I learned was one of my first videos that got more views. I was an Aupair in the US living with a wealthier family and that’s something a lot of people do (Aupair in a foreign country) but with that title it was interesting and more people were interested. I think if you get the hang of how to name your videos you don’t need to do anything extreme to go viral and get monetized just for one viral video.
@bennymacgaming83 Wow thanks 😊 my dear friend for your support I really appreciate it alot we are all in this together we will definitely all get there

How do you get the camera to go in on a close up like that and then back out? I’m just curious because I’ve seen other creators do that as well. Great video btw. 🫶
Thank you for the support! I edit my videos in premiere pro and just zoom in between my clips. So it doesn’t have a jump cut. So I zoom in from 100% scale to 120% scale. That should work with iMovie or CapCut too (as an alternative to adobe)

In my experience, it’s easy after you do it the first time. But that’s the power of experience. However, yes, it can be easy, but it’s not when first figuring it out
i dont think its easy at all. my experience was. watch hours were taken away within time. it can be a grind for some. But very happy to see you grow so fast in a short period of time. there is something you're doing right.
I understand where you're coming from. Either way it usually doesn't happen over night, but I think considering what I mentioned there are high chances you get there sooner. The title part made a huge difference for me and other accounts that i followed who got monetized.
Beauty is in the eyes of the subscriber. Dude pulling his lawn tractor out of the bushes in a Kiss concert t shirt isn't going to have an easy time getting subscribers.
True, I think it's about finding what kind of value you can give. Appearance def matters a lot in the beauty/makeup industry but if you're looking for a funny person or trying to learn something about biology or a new language looks don't matter as much and it's more about who explains it best for you to understand. I remember picking my fav finance podcast with people that I found have the most calming voice. :D I think everyone has a chance and it's more about finding where most of your potential is seen.
thank you for the support! Starting on RUclips can be like jumping into the everglades hoping to not get eaten by an alligator lol. It's a roller coaster but with the right systems and strategies I don't think it's as hard as a lot of people make it seem. Keep up the good work, you got this :)
@@arcanecoralOf course. I am really glad I found your channel cause you’re really sweet and I hope your channel is super successful. Thanks for the kind words 😊
I’ve got 92 subscribers and getting subscribers is hard but increasing your watch time is harder but we don’t give up this side one day we will make it we just have to keep on grinding.
Glad I can help!! And that’s fine too, as long as you’re creating. You will feel more comfortable the more you practice. My English was bad but I kept practicing everyday until it got to where it is now. :)
This is a great video. It's a never ending battle trying to get clicks and then holding attention. It's why RUclips is so fun and so frustrating at the same time! Insta sub from me. Keep up the good work!
Thank you! And true being a content creator is a roller coaster, what works one time might not work another time and vice versa. But only by continuing you move forward.
Yeah. I received a lot more clicks than usual on a video of mine titled. “Ferraris and buttholes”. I assume most clicked off very quickly as it was just a simple walk and talk video. But the title definitely grabbed more attention than my typical titles. 😂
I disagree-it's not easy at all. The real challenge starts after getting monetized. Staying monetized is incredibly difficult because RUclips finds every reason to demonetize channels. If there aren't any existing reasons, they just create new ones. So, while getting monetized is tough, staying monetized can feel like a nightmare, regardless of how genuine your content is or how much effort you put in. They don't seem to care; all they want is free content to run ads on and profit from. Only the top 1% of creators can make a decent living; the rest struggle, and that's their whole approach.
it’s been 11 months of me documenting and editing the longest possible videos I could have done, editing like a pro, storytelling like a pro, nothing works. I guess I just need to wait a bit more😭😭😭😭😭😭hope it doesn’t turn into 11 years tho…
Shoutout to you for being consistent! I started a little over a year ago. I’d say work on your titles. In order to have people see your storytelling it starts with the title. Using phrases like „how to…“ that only works for big RUclipsrs. What you want is your videos to be recommended on people’s front page so you need to catch them with something they didn’t expect. Let’s say a common assumption is that life on the countryside is boring because it’s less to do and you name a video „there’s more to do in the country side than a big city“ people might want to know that or people that live in the country side and are bored are wanting to see the video because they want to know what you have to say. Hope that helps!! Keep up the good work, it will pay off :)
so you are telling me... I can make actually make $$$ with making videos on RUclips? That is really great news! I feel motivated to keep on going despite the hardships and struggles.
It feels hard because you need to show up consistently before and that really makes all the difference. If you think every video fails that doesn't get over a certain amount of views youre way more likely to give up than if you see every video as an asset that gets you closer to where you want to be. Keep up the good work!

Just found your channel. Good job. subbed.
Thank you for the support!! :)
This was epic and refreshing. Bravo!!🎉
Thank you so much!! :)
In my experience, it’s easy after you do it the first time. But that’s the power of experience. However, yes, it can be easy, but it’s not when first figuring it out
They say, 'keep uploading videos and your channel will blow up.'That is, if I don't blow up first.
This is so HELPFUL! Thank you so much ❤🎉 Also looking through the comments and subscribing to smaller channels now!!
Almost there 👀
RUclips is not easy, because if it actually were it would be boring and no one would care to do this.
But this is why it is exciting.
well said and your english is perfect by the way xD, amazing video 👍
Thank you sp much ❤
100th like, great advice and to the point!
Thank you for the support!! Keep up the good work :)
Your new subscriber here🥰that’s actually very informative and really easy to understand❤
Thank you so much for the support! Hope it helps your account as well :) keep up the good work!
@@arcanecoral Sure thanks 🥰
i dont think its easy at all. my experience was. watch hours were taken away within time. it can be a grind for some.
Thanks for the positive vibes
it's all about our mindset 🤍
My issue is the watch time! Takes forever to reach the 4k hours
Thanks for the video and the advice 😊❤
Thanks for this! It makes sense!😊
Thank you for your tips. Learning and growing.

Girl I also have a strong accent, great reminder that it doesn't matter at the end 😅😊
Thanks for motivating and explaining
Thanks for this video! Keep up the good work 🎉
Thank you for the support! :) let’s keep creating 🫶🏽
Very good information, I hope I can get what I want, Amen.

Thanks for the little advice !
Thank you for making this video. I just started recently and It’s nice to see a video like this. I just subbed. Hope you are doing well!
thank you for the support!
Thanks for the advice!
Happy to help!
I’ve got 92 subscribers and getting subscribers is hard but increasing your watch time is harder but we don’t give up this side one day we will make it we just have to keep on grinding.
You're gotten yourself a new subscriber am your 94th subscriber, please keep it up you are doing great we are in it together.
That was motivating! Thank you for your tips!! Im also strugling being a non-native english speaker so for now i just write on the video 😅😅
Glad I can help!! And that’s fine too, as long as you’re creating. You will feel more comfortable the more you practice. My English was bad but I kept practicing everyday until it got to where it is now. :)
Nothing worth having comes easy. I wish every small channel growth and success.

kind words and encouragement.
@thesunnydiaries Sure you are most Welcome my friend 😊
This is a great video. It's a never ending battle trying to get clicks and then holding attention. It's why RUclips is so fun and so frustrating at the same time! Insta sub from me. Keep up the good work!
Thank you! And true being a content creator is a roller coaster, what works one time might not work another time and vice versa. But only by continuing you move forward.
Please like, share and subscribe .
Interesting information Interesting people should know.
I love your positivity ❤ its infective
Great tips, my videos tend to be between 2 to 6 mins in length, might need to increase that, thanks!
Yes you should! I didn't think it would make a difference until I compared my watch time numbers vs. the views. And thank you for the support!
Yeah. I received a lot more clicks than usual on a video of mine titled. “Ferraris and buttholes”. I assume most clicked off very quickly as it was just a simple walk and talk video. But the title definitely grabbed more attention than my typical titles. 😂
Your English is fantastic. tHanks for the video
thank you for the kind feedback!!
Great advice..
Glad it was helpful!

This was so helpful!!
it’s been 11 months of me documenting and editing the longest possible videos I could have done, editing like a pro, storytelling like a pro, nothing works.
Keep up the good work, it will pay off :)
i think honestly its the sort of content, i would absolutely advice you to buy a nice microphone, audio quality comes first ironically for a video
so you are telling me...
❤ Nice and beautiful people, thanks for motivation she motivated me, and I just started. Let's learn from her she's amazing. I love this vibes 💖 Thanks.
New RUclipsr let's grow together guys 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Done✅🥰
Thank you so much, i pray and i hope i can get monitized ❤.
