    I have more fat percentage in my body and also I don't have muscle mass so I am feeling very tired , even if I walk. Please suggest me the way to reduce my fat percentage.

      If you’re feeling tired, it may be due to not getting enough sleep and/or nutrition.
      If it was me, I would start logging my food intake to determine how many calories, protein, carbs and fats I’m getting, and then compare those numbers with an online calorie calculator to see if I’m undereating.
      For muscle mass the main thing to focus on is strength training, such as squats, push ups, rows, etc. These, along with enough calories and protein, will help you build muscle mass, which can help with the reduction of body fat when you then lower calories from food in order to create a calorie deficit.
