I really Admire Ethiopian Air lines for being a symbol of our national pride offering such excellent services in many ways. However, I have noticed that sometimes Ethiopian treated differently especially people who have not have relations with staff members and compared to foreigners at check in or on the plane, this has been a concern for some of us for long time. I share this with hope that Ethiopian Air lines continues to set standard for excellent customer service for every one. I will be happy offer more feedback if needed. ❤❤❤❤❤

I am proud of my Cauntry Ethiopian Airlines and very polite respect. I am always want to complain, for example, Dire dawa Airport, how money years on construction the taxi are to far we can not walk pick up drop the stuff carry the lage the ask un fare money. የሸንጣ ተሸላሚዎች ይውሰዱ ገንዘብ ኢኛ ኢነሱ ተከተለው ለመሄድ በጣም ከባድ ነው
