Question n2: nails that split in the middle. 1st go to a dermatologist, it can be at least 3 different issues 2nd use cystine-based supplements (this comes from my dermatologist) 3rd as our dear host can tell: cuticle oil and hand cream multiple times per day and always, always polish on nails.

I found your channel this year when I got into nails and I was shocked to find that your family is from the same pueblo my family is from. My dad used to take us every year too and I loved it. It would be awesome if you would make a video of your parents and family.
After going through cancer, I gave away my sation and santee polish. The stuff is full of bad stuff for you like formaldehyde and a bunch of other chemicals. I now use Zoya. I only use natural products on my skin and body now. You have great tips thanks for sharing.

I’m so dang excited to see the top coat comparison video. I can not add a top coat after the initial painting process if I do it peels my polish right off no matter the brand I have tried so many. I can’t wait for you to test them out for us girls that have this problem.
You are such an amazing soul! Your designs are awesome! Please, don't waste your money on collagen! Do your own independent research.Your body does not see collagen like you do "this is for my nails and hair". Your body sees it as a protein that will be broken down to amino acids and send to where your body needs it: digestive enzymes, blood, skin, brain.... nails and hair are the least important needs. I am not saying that to add collagen is bad for you, it's just not made from the quality quality ingredients, has artificial color, flavor, and so on, plus it cost a lot. You will benefit so much more from improving your diet with quality ( organic[if it still possible nowadays], not fried, no condiments) protein, fat, carbs! Love you all! Stay healthy!

Question: Do you push your hyponicium back when growing out your natural nails? I find that mine grow out past the nail bed and it’s very painful when I accidentally poke it or jab my finger into something on accident and it separates from my nail plate. I find it very hard to push back even after I get out of the shower. Do you have any tips or suggestions for this? The only solution so far is keeping my nails short to prevent it from growing out. I don’t hate it, it elongates my nail bed, but it sucks when I accidentally damage it. Thanks so much in advance and I enjoy all your videos.

Cleaning your nails with rubbing alcohol before you polish will help with polish peeling.
