PS5 Stand Setup (Horizontal and Vertical)

In this video, I'll show you how to set up your PS5 stand. The stand comes included with the PS5 and there are two different ways to set it up on your PlayStation 5.
For horizontal, you'll want to position the stand so it's not evenly lined up but still locked in place. Then you'll want to slide the hooks onto the backside of the PS5 where you can see the PS5 symbols for square, triangle, circle, and x.
For Vertical, you'll want to align the stand which opens up a back compartment on the stand where you can locate and remove a screw. Then on the bottom of the PS5, remove the small circle plug in the middle and then slide on the stand and screw it into place.

It's a badly designed console... ours didn't even come with a stand it came with some flimsy little legs that you stick in the side of it to place it horizontally.
