My machine was serviced a year ago,I have used it twice since then. Recently when it turned it on it would not sew when I touched the button to do so. 😜 . I have a Janome 350E. Any ideas for what to do about it? Back to the shop?? Thanks

I too like the idea of the makeup brush! The bristles are much softer, and I think that will get the "fluff" that Martyn speaks about. Great tip!!

Has anyone found that brush in the US?
Just go to your local drug store or makeup store. And grab a nice soft makeup brush. Doesn’t need to be retractable.
I buy mine at dollar tree. They’re not retractable, but still work the same
