Murrayfield for sure. Paying for the playing surface at hampden shouldnt be entertained unless its being paid by the company that cant send materials in the agreed timescale.
Think you've missed the fact that there is a massive crane where the goal is meant to be. A third of the pitch is unusable. If they could just close the stand we wouldn't be having the conversation.
What about fans like me who sit there and have to pay full price? But don't get all the games? A lot of factors to take into account and let's b honest this board won't give me money back for games I can't attend through no fault of mine or other fans who sit in this area
Why cant the board make a statement and tell the support what is going on. Remember, his last interview when he said we would be ,"best in class", at everything.....Hollow words and nothing but spin. Our support deserves better.
EXACT same excuse they used for the delay of customers ibrox bricks after people had paid up front for them. No one batted an eyelid so they have trotted out the same excuse. It’s only my opinion here but the fan media in particular should be asking tough questions
Unfortunately our club has lost it's way in terms of Board leadership over the last 4/5 yers. We are now running a real risk of taking fans & their unwavering support for granted, not the way to run this great Club!! 🔴⚪🔵🇬🇧
I can't believe that there's no ground nearer to Glasgow that for some money for a short time will not accommodate Rangers even giving away the home advantage wouldn't be so bad
@@rangersnut agreed but even the impacted costs of the delays should be able to covered under insurance or from the liable parties for the delay. E.g. suppliers / manufacturers etc. a company normally wouldn’t be out of pocket for something like this other than the original costings. Or at least that’s my understanding (and hope) of it.

@@HeyitzGary89 I think that the artificial playing surface gambit is guff. There is a full month of high summer for the grass to grow, which is plenty of time.
would it not be best to just close copland and use rest of the stadium? sure lots of stadiums have done that while going through a season, would that no solve alot of problems? yes it will upset fans that sit there but hey ho a would rather play all champions league games and start of season at ibrox than hampden or murrayfield
Just shut down Copland rd end open rest ,........the time they pay for other stadium s they would be better to give all Copland rd end free season tickets at least they would be playing at home. Clowns
Murrayfield for me. That Hampden pitch is never good and why the hell should we foot the bill for those opportunists wanting a new pitch we should be telling them to forget that. What a shambles this board are. Can Dave King come in and sort this mess out?
Usual nonsense. Nevermind where we're playing. Not one fan knows exactly what the problem(s) are with OUR stadium. What is the problem? ( it is not late delivery of material - that's bullshit ) ( because the board have said nothing)
Murrayfield, don’t want any SFA or Lord Haughey involved in our affairs as they will appease their Celtic pals 💯🇬🇧
Murrayfield is a better choice but can understand people's resistance to using a rugby ground.
the board are a shambles
Absolute embarrassment of a board .They have cost the club millions over the last few yrs .
The silence is deafening. I thought we were supposed be employing a more professional, forward thinking board - you could've fooled me.
Murrayfield, dont want to be held to randsom by the SFA and/or Queens Park
Murrayfield for me! Larger capacity could offset some of the additional costs! Question:- Can Murrayfield accommodate VAR?
Murray field has to be
Absolute disgrace they don't care about us,play at ibrox with the 3 stands
@@johnh10069 What and just discard the fans in the Copland ?
That would be caring for fans tho I suppose 🤔
@@williamn01 ballot,I'm a season ticket holder and would support this
impossible
there is a giant crane lon the pitch.
Murrayfield for sure.

All this to save the cost of ordering and storing the steelwork in advance…..
💯
Just close off The Copland Road Stand. Man City are shutting one end of their ground while massive redevelopment goes on. so why can't Rangers?

Our support deserves better.
Here is why, so that they are not legally culpable. They have to be careful what they say.
Murryfeild as Hampden is becoming a joke. Paying for a new pitch etc. Paying off Queens Park. The whole debacle grates on me.
It’s a shambles Derek.
Just put forward the idea of playing 4 away games and be done we it
That would have Been the solution but. Spfl sorry celik wouldn't have it
I have nothing more to say about it, beyond embarrassing. Absolute amateurs on our board.
I'd prefer not having to pay for replacing the pitch 🤷🏼💙
Smoke and mirrors
Get the crane out and play at Ibrox.
Murrayfield all day long
Video of Steel arriving today.Calm doon.
Queens Park pay off would be 3 fish suppers and a bottle of Irn Bru to share amongst the crowd.
😂😅🤣🔴⚪️🔵
You obviously don't know who the chairman and owner of Queens park is then 🤔
Can youz afford that though? Hahahahaha

Murrayfield
Murrayfield all the way for me , something different and it would give us a good indication if we can fill a larger stadium 🏟️
So basically, the money saved by purchasing Asian steel will now be used to buy a new surface at Hampden Park....
The stadium like the transfer window is a mess
Why were the materials not bought stored but the board fd up again how many errors have they done they need to go

slight of mouth statement “ recently” “ in due course” - just tell us the truth Ramgers board 😡
We should just play at murrayfield
Murrayfield seems the only option based on the facts Derek has just broadcast Mon The Gers
I think they will be back at Ibrox soon, the steel is here and being installed.
Utter shambles, embarrassing
Surely this is all covered by insurance?
I would hope the penalties are sent the way of the supply company who messed up and caused this. They should be made to pay.

What a farce 😳
Ask John brown, any public park.
What we get for buying from China. This couldn't come at a worse time.
Why can’t they play the first 6/8 games away and euro qualifying in hampden
