      At least you can train your neck to get it thicker, most people who do fitness already have a thicker neck without specifically training it. That said, for some of these I preferred the thinner neck. It depends.

      As long as you don't have a pencil neck, you're fine. Neck size is also something within your control, as it's a muscle and it can be trained just like any other muscle. So if it really bothers you, you have the ability to change it.

      In another video on this channel, they talk about how a mix of masculine and feminine features on a man can often be more appealing than purely masculine features. A slender neck is a feminine feature that could be balanced out by other masculine features on a man.
      Also, some women prefer men with more feminine features overall, like K-Pop stars, which is fine. But the research shows that they are in the minority.

      @@poleag But you cannot mix and match masculine and feminine features at will. If you lack a proper jawline, a thicker neck won't help you. It's always certain features you can get away with leaning more to the feminine side, depending on other features. And, as always, it depends on the preferences of the given woman. (Except, maybe, for the jawline. That one seems to be quite universal. Even in women a more masculine jawline sometimes works quite well.)

    I have seen a lot of men with quite wide necks and I have to say it was repulsibe. Their neck was almost as wide as the head.

      Yeah but it’s also bad to have a very skinny straw like neck, you can develop the muscles in your neck and not have it be as wide or perhaps wider than your head

    Just because someone looks more masculine, that doesn’t mean they are more attractive. Some people may prefer that but some do not, and it probably just depends on the person as well.

    When I see ppl training neck I can't help but think: "bored person without a care in the world". I, much like majority of other anxiety disorder sufferers involuntarly train my neck pretty much most of my time (wake and asleep). And the stiff, muscular neck comes with far more risks/bad side effects. You eventually develop issues with sleeping, swallowing, vision, headache, exacerbation of androgenic alopecia and much more.
    If you have a reasonably functional neck, maybe consult a pshysical medicine expert before you decide to give yourself sleepless nights and fear of swallowing over a arbitrary trend 😮‍💨

  • @OP-pe4yc
    @OP-pe4yc 5 месяцев назад +1

    Its usually because the thinner neck dudes usually have a forward head posture, giving the illusion of a thinner neck. Not to mention that having a forward head posture weakens your frontal neck muscles and youll look more like that extremely thick neck guy with an overdeveloped back neck/upper traps relative to the front.

      Real women have a narrow, delicate, and somewhat longer neck compared to men. Men have a thick, broad, strong, and relatively short neck compared to women. This video is correct. While it doesn't make a man with a thick neck more attractive, it does identify him as a real man! So please, people, don't try to reverse things. Don't believe someone with a thick neck who say he is a woman. Don't trust what you see in various distorted AI-generated videos and impostors. A woman has a relatively long and thin neck. A man has a relatively thick and short neck. Remember the real differences between the sexes, as there are thousands of them, even though in ancient drawings, men tried to distort this and depict women as if they were thick with thick hands and a thick neck and all sorts of distortions that are not true, out of envy!!! Likewise, even today in various cultures, they try to present the man as if he has delicate, beautiful features like a woman, which is not true. In reality, men are not beautiful. Also fat women have lots of testosterone, so they dont really look like real women.
