Road Trip of a Lifetime? Or a Drive Into the Apocalypse? (contains the best blooper yet!)

- The Dempster Highway is the only publicly accessible road that goes to the Arctic Ocean in North America and I drove it to the most remote permanent settlement accessible by road on the continent. It was a real adventure as I met people along the way, both transplants and indigenous locals, and learned a bit about their way of life. Passing through some of the last large tracts of true wilderness remaining on earth, I filmed wildlife such as grizzly and black bears, caribou and other animals. The Dempster has a nasty reputation towards vehicles and I was not immune to it's wrath. Join me for a thrilling adventure on my wildest journey yet.

Such a beautiful heartfelt and informative piece. Thank you for fulfilling my traveling lust. Loved the fish camp part.
Thank you! I really put my heart into this, so I'm glad you enjoyed it!
The main thing I got from this apart from a fanatic adventure was just how nice ppl who don't have a lot of what we in the modern world think is important ...we have lost so much humanity in gaining the modern world.
Dude, this video is absolutely amazing. Beautiful footage, breathtaking places, interesting people, some funny narration, capped off with a beautiful and inspiring poem/essay.
Bravo. Well done sir!
I think you’re a guy who I could be friends with.
Thank you so much! Glad you enjoyed it!

Your love of all things is inspiring… Thank you for sharing
Thank you!
Another good video! Thank you, it was fun seeing how the people live.
I totally enjoyed your whole production video. Having travelled by motorcycle to Tuk and back to southern BC, I can relate to many of the things you experienced on your journey.
There were however, many things you saw and experineced that I did not see. One was that of visiting an indigenous community to see processing ofl fish and apparently with very little waste. That I have to see for myself.
I have walked and scrambled in the Tombstone ranges - a separate trip from the motorcycle trip I mentioned.
Your video is an encouragement to visit again soon -- while I am healthy and vital and able to do so. Thanks for posting such an interesting video.
Thanks for your comment. Nice to hear from another traveler who has visited the region. I hope you are able to make a return trip! I'll have a video on a trail I hiked in Tombstone coming soon!
Just started watching your videos. This is an amazing video and look forward to your remaining ones. Take care and stay safe
Thank you very much!
