Great video and I have the exact same rifle my likes the Hornady 147gr and 140gr eld-m but it loves the 120gr eld-m I have shot countless 1/4 inch and smaller groups with it and the smk are about the same you should try them in yours
I have one in 7prc and Done everything humanely possible to get it to group. Triggertech 4-32oz trigger, wb4 accutac bipod, ep5 arken scope, removed overspray off aluminum chassis, bedded recoil lug, and area 419 sidewinder brake. I even let someone else shoot it. Now, i removed the original omni brake before i even shot it and replaced it. I took it off and put the original back on. We'll see next range trip. Im really hoping the brake is the culprit. If not ......🏌♂️i had a tikka tactical t3 and it just had a harris bipod and half inch all day no problem. Sometimes even smaller
Thanks for the review on this great rifle for a bargain! Will you be testing any of their their premier series? The HMR Pro has been in my sights for a while.
Bergara claims “Remington pattern ” with their B14 series rifles. That applies only to the receiver . If you want to make changes, such as a 3rd party bottom metal, you can’t. Everything other than the receiver is proprietary to Bergara! The other source of confusion is “AICS Pattern” magazines. AICS “pattern” magazines is about the design, not the length. The HMR uses Pmags regular AICS pattern Long Action magazine, which has a 3.53” max length. Depending on your intentions with a “Match” rifle, the shorter magnum magazine could become a handicap. And no. Bergara will not sell you a replacement bottom metal.
@@5.56NTO At Cabela's, it's listed as "Magpul PMAG AICS Long-Action Remington 700 Hunter Magazine"Magnum" size, for 300WM. Standard is 30-06, so you don't want standard!
Love mine!!! Hornady match ELD-M at 100 yds quarter inch group 200 yd I was getting 3/4 of an inch
