A pioneer in promoting a culture of widespread reading, Endalegeta has established, the first of its kind, a non profit organization called Zagol Book Bank and is it's executive manager.
Since February 2020, Zagol has managed to distribute over 38,000 books through out Ethiopia.

እንዲህ አይነት ድግስ ምርጥ ነው፥፥ የድምጽ ጥራት ጉድለት ግን ጨው የሌለው ወጥ አድርጎታል፥፥ ይቅርታውን ተቀብለናል እንዳለ ነገር ግን የታሪካዊ ዳራውን በደንብ ለመስማት ድጋሚ ኢንተርቪው ሳያስፈልግ አይቀርም፥፥ በተለይ ስለ ባልካን አገሮች ለብቻው ደግመህ ኢንተርቪው ብታደርገው መልካም ነው፥፥ በዚያ ካሰን፥፥ የእዚያ አካባቢ ስነልቦና ብዙ ተመሳሳይነት እና ልዮነት አለው፥፥ የሃይማኖቱ፣የክፍፍሉ፣የዘሩ፣የፓለቲካው ብዙ ምስስል እና ልዮነት አለው፥፥ በዚህ ዙሪያ ጥራት ባለው ድምጽ እንግዳህ ብታደርገው፥፥ እንዲህ አይነት ጨዋታ በደንብ አለመስማት ይቆጫል፥፥
