I'm so glad she's decluttering and donating. A very minimal home is necessary for being able to survive with chronic health issues. Especially if in times of being really down and relaying on other family members to come into to help. Less to manage and keep up with. The LDS church drives a hording mentality that impacts generations of families. It's best to break the cycle and live simpler. Bonnie, you truly do have a heart of gold. Thank you for what you do for others. :)

This is such a beautiful kitchen! Having this much space in a pantry is sooo cool! American kitchens always seem so spacious and easier to use - my tinned food is in a cupboard underneath the worktop, rather than nice high up shelving in a pantry! Bonnie - the difference you made here is fantastic!! The before and after shots look superb, and this must have been a huge amount of work to arrange everything so nicely - it looks very good and organising based on how the family need to use it seems ideal❤ Cammy - your message about asking for help and letting people help is brilliant! I think people often believe that everyone's house is perfect all of the time and get very embarrassed if theirs isn't, and I think that more people asking for help would be a good thing! ❤ Real life isn't perfect all the time, and it's okay for friends and family to see that and help you fix it 😊
Likewise. We don't have a pantry or larder either. The family home has a small U shape kitchen. My father took down the wall cupboards in the 90's but never installed replacements. All crockery was on a round table in the corner of the room constantly getting dusty. He binned that table too. Everything, crockery, glassware, pots/pans, dry & tinned goods, you name it, went into the cupboards under the bench! I have had half a kitchen for 25 years!
CAMMY: I really needed to hear your words today. I had to stop my tears so I could sensibly comment. I have been the mom trying to raise children & care for a home while battling debilitating chronic illness/pain. I was shamed once for asking for help so I never asked again. Years later I found Bonnie’s videos (plus MWMC & Barbie) and then your story. I saw similarities in my situation with yours. I asked for help and it was tough but my plea was answered. Thank you for the courage. My children have grown up to become very loving compassionate helpful human beings - maybe this was a positive outcome due to growing up with a chronically ill mother. Blessings to you and family and also to Bonnie.
I love the slide transition too! It's like a magnadoodle, the toy where you draw with magnet dust and then put the slider across the bottom to erase kind of like etch a sketch. Lol so satisfying!
Bonnie, you are pretty incredible. Cammy is struggling and without you and your helpers where would she and her family be? I love that Cami is so genuinely grateful for you Bonnie, her medical team, her home. On a lighter note, I had NO idea that the turntable thing was adjustable. I also love the boa. Cammy, stay strong and fight for you and your family. I hope you get well soon.

Cani, When I was ill I read an anecdote about spoons. It said that life is often like one of those jars of spoons in a diner- lots of spoons. If you drop one, there are plenty more to choose from. Every time you have to do something it costs you a spoon. When you are very ill, you only have one or two spoons. You have to choose very carefully how you “spend” your spoons. Most people don’t realize how few spoons you have because it’s not their daily experience. So, no shame. You are exhausted and can’t eat and are running a house and a family on one or two spoons! You are doing more on less than most people out there. Bonnie is sharing a few of her extra spoons with you. 😊 which is lovely because sometimes we have extra spoons and sometimes we need an extra spoon or two (or twelve). 😊
I forgot I was gonna comment on this, I'm so happy to hear you're taking time between cleanings to take time off so you can balance better and be well rested🥰🤗
That’s a beautiful, big pantry which you have made more useable. If you find you have built up a lot of duplicate and surplus stock my suggestion would be to shop by click and collect if that’s available to you. That way you can be thoughtful and purposeful about your grocery shopping and not get distracted in store. It was lovely to hear Cami speak . She said some things that can hopefully help many others. I really wish her the best possible for her health situation.
I wish I had an actual pantry in my house :( I'm so jealous. My kitchen is TINY! I have hardly any space to store food or cookware. We were storing a lot of our extra food in our basement but the problem is that then we would forget about it. I hope one day I can afford a big house like that with an island and a walk-in pantry.
Bonnie, I'm so happy to hear you talk about boundaries and enforcing them for your own health. Nobody is going to be angry with you for looking after yourself. :) If they do, ask Mack to spin kick em to the curb. :}

@@jonathanbowles2577 thank you so much. I think if things only affected me, I would still be completely stuck. Luckily I have my kids to fight for and that means de clutter and try to be healthy asap. One foot at a time.
This video is a great way to get organized. Sometimes things need to be let go of. Something Beautiful well said.
I do hereby judge you Camalama-dingdong! You are guilty of overwhelming compassion, enduring strength, and wisdom beyond compare! You are henceforth sentenced to the admiration of all non-trolls and to be loved by your fellow humans, starting with me! Ok, Bonster first, but then me. Ok, after your family. Fine, I'm camping out in line to get my turn to tell you that you're awesome! And Bonbon, what an inspired idea to have her participate in the voiceover. Love you both!
😂😂😂❤❤❤
You're the best! It was actually Cammy's idea to do the recordings, partly as a way to journal her experience and also as a way to help me out since she knows how much doing a voiceover can take out of me sometimes. I was super grateful she did that to help me out.😊
Wow. Thank you. I am humbled by your kind words. So many wonderful hearts are out there in this world. I’m so touched to have this new community of beautiful hearts. I provide the mess, but we can all clean up together too. And we clean up ok.💕💜🙏🏻
I love your way with words! 💕💕💕 I liked you already, but now I have a Swollen head.
@@bonnieknighton7296 when I’m well we should find a concert to celebrate!
This is such a great way to help people, Bonnie. Not only physically helping them, but letting them say the words, letting them put it all out, allowing them to listen to themselves, work through that pain and get rid of that burden. Cammy said it to herself, she has a lot to be grateful for too and that's amazing 🤩🤩🤩
And by letting her do that, it also allowed me to do less voiceover, which is always a little bit stressful for me, so win/win. 👍💕
Cammy: I'm sending love and positivity your way. Keep being strong and cry as much as you need.
Bonnie: Thank you for being awesome and kind.
I'm doing a deep clean of my sister's kitchen. The first day I did 7 hours. Today I did 5 hours. How you (and your helpers) can clean for so many hours and hours is some kind of super power!
My cat Louie and I are sending positivity and kindness to everyone who reads this! ❤
Thank you for being there for your sister. Our cat Purrcedes Benz says hello to Louie! 😻❤
Love and hugs to you. ❤❤😊😊
Loves to Bonnie,Cammy and family!!😇😇🙏🙏🙏
Thank you! 💕
Bonnie you are a great person. I wish you could come to Canada. You are the best organizer and cleaner.😍
Thank you so much Cami for your wise words. You have nothing to be ashamed of. We all lose our way once in a while. You are strong and very brave. You have love, compassion and faith. Bright Blessings from Canada.
So awesome that you have a team helping and everyone benefits from the experience. Thank you for your videos!
Terrific work & video. Stay well. All the best to you all.
I love that “don’t let shame keep you from improving.” Bonnie is a blessing.
Cammy I love that you said "let someone serve you". I have a group of friends and we have all started helping each other with various tasks like decluttering and rides to medical appointments. I am so happy to help them and they are happy to help me - it's awesome!
Love and light to all you amazing people!!
That’s just too cool! What a neat group of people to be part of!
You are doing such a great job at Cammie’s❣️I’m glad she had a breakthrough in her thinking process in order for her to ask for help. Even the strongest of us need to admit that we need help sometimes. Lots of love & hugs to all of you.❤️❤️
You are a wonderful lady for helping people Blessing to you
How lovely to have a pantry! You did a great job organizing it. You’re a very kind lady- also your helpers.
Cami, I hope you are getting well. You have a beautiful soul and you deserve the best! ❤❤❤
Thank you. Very slowly but surely getting better. Still don’t know what all of what is wrong is or if it’s fixable but one day at a time. I have to believe that eventually I will be able to eat food and enjoy it again. In the meantime I’m saving a ton on snacks and groceries because I don’t like food anymore! 🤪💕
I wish I had a pantry. I have limited storage in my home.
I started to collect dressers for hall tables for linens!
@@Shrinkingviolett2 Genuis. I have been keeping mine in an under the bed storage container. LOL
@@lightgiver7311 nothing wrong with that, but now you can keep shoes under the bed! 🤪🤪🤓💕 wait. Less in storage is what we want right? Well this won’t increase how much you have, just increase the organization and function right??
Cami, thanks for the messages. Prayers for your health. Bonnie and helpers, great job! Looking forward to the next video.
Thanks for sharing your story, Cami - and for suggestions for other people who are facing different challenges. And, Bonnie, thank you for all you do (and your helpers). Bless you all.
I hope Cami can feel better every day with some stress lifted at her home. We are all lucky to learn so many good things from Bonnie's videos always inspiring us!
Her floors and countertops are so pretty!
do not feel shame- you are just learning about how to cope with your medical conditions , never-mind coping with your young family, and the worry of your husbands medical conditions. YOU are a strong woman, you are a warrior! what an example you are for everyone around you! YOU GO GIRL!!!!

Happy to see, that you have some more hands to help reorganizing this kitchen💪🏼😊❤️

Because of you I now have a lazy Suzan in my pantry corner. It’s pretty fantastic! Thank you for that tip. Love it

I love my lazy Susan’s in my pantry and kitchen cabinet. I use them for cans, jars, medicine and vitamins. ❤

@@CL.FantasyWaves you PAINT!!! I painted some of the watercolor paintings on my walls! Bonnie you did a wonderful job❤
It is heartwarming to hear about the friendship you have made with Cammy. It takes a lot of courage to ask for help, so good on you Cammy for doing that, and allowing the lovely Bonnie to help you get your house clean and organised. Bonnie, you truly do have a heart of gold. Thank you for what you do for others. :)
Once again amazing

Thank you, Joann. ❤️
Love to you Bonnie❤❤
This is such a beautiful kitchen! Having this much space in a pantry is sooo cool! American kitchens always seem so spacious and easier to use - my tinned food is in a cupboard underneath the worktop, rather than nice high up shelving in a pantry!
Bonnie - the difference you made here is fantastic!! The before and after shots look superb, and this must have been a huge amount of work to arrange everything so nicely - it looks very good and organising based on how the family need to use it seems ideal❤
Cammy - your message about asking for help and letting people help is brilliant!
@@simonefatzkamper7898 I have seen those kitchens.
Awesome lady I enjoy watching your videos
Thanks so much.💕
CAMMY: I really needed to hear your words today.
You have a friend in me! Thank you for sharing that! ❤❤❤
Love this! Thanks for sharing! I'm not surprised your children turned out so well. The most compassionate people come from the toughest situations.🙏
I love the slide transition too! It's like a magnadoodle, the toy where you draw with magnet dust and then put the slider across the bottom to erase kind of like etch a sketch. Lol so satisfying!
Yes I was trying to figure out what it reminded me of. That's what it is... a Magna doodle!
Totally magnadoodle!
Thank you Bonnie!

This family has a lot of stuff.... time to pair it down! Keep up the good work everyone
Such a sweet lady. God bless.
We say it almost daily.
I love this!
Cammie you are doing better today - continue- thank you for sharing! 💜🙏🏻💜

I forgot I was gonna comment on this, I'm so happy to hear you're taking time between cleanings to take time off so you can balance better and be well rested🥰🤗
Yes, thank you!
I used a dresser for a hall table for extra linen/food storage.
