Ugh I have a stomach bug right now, just came back from international travels and I probably ate something my body wasn’t ready to combat. HORRIBLE stomach pains, having to get up to poo every 2-3 hours, barfed twice in the last 48 hours, and I can’t eat solid food. I am miserable
@@DRAGOINTHEHOUSE it lasted about 2 weeks and i did go to the doctor, twice actually, and i got this digestive probiotic sort of thing called culturelle which i took every day. Eventually the digestive problems went away but i dont think it had anything to do with the probiotic, i think my body just naturally overcame it after a while.
Ok so I got this by eating something bad probably and I just barfed like a mad man and now I feel totally fine. (I’ve been good for at least 12 hours after barfing) so if you can take it, try to barf it might help. Edit: I barfed like everything in my stomach before feeling fine and it took like three trips
1:22 Really no true way to prevent yourself from getting it...yeah there is.... Social distancing, self Isolation, always wear gloves and a mask, only leave your home for essentials, I can almost gaurentee you you won't catch the stomach flu

Pretty nasty this one, but normally the sickness and diarrhoea are over in 24 hours. You will probably feel washed out for a couple of days after. Drink plenty of water with a dash of Lucozade (sports drinks) in it, It flattens the CO2 and keeps up on the sugars. 👍
