Thank you! I’ve been looking for detailed step-by-steps on bas relief for YEARS! I’ve googled my heart out and gotten dozens of sculpting books from the library, but could never find anything detailed like this. Much appreciated 🙏🙏🙏

Awesome work. I have just a questions. If this relief is try is it fix to the underground or do u have to preper the wooden ground before to fix together.?
I believe she is working on a partially dried surface of clay, and that she will allow the finished piece to dry to leather hard then kiln-fire the entire piece. I am guessing.
I was wrong! she is using Chavant NSP, which is of the Oil and Wax variety - actually NEVER dries. easier to research as *Plasticine* and we will have to find out how to adhere to substrate.
I used a piece of wood floor, it does not need any preparation because it is already lacquered. This type of clay adheres well to materials that are as smooth as possible.
Michela Zeta it does help a lot actually. Do you by any chance remember the name of the website? I’ll do my research too tho. Thanks a whole lot for the reply . Amazing works and very Ancient Greek vibe coming out of your works too. Keep it up !
Of course! These tips apply to any modeling material.Only with earthenware clay, for example, you have to take into account some precautions, such as being careful not to let the air remain inside the modeling, otherwise it splits with cooking.

I used a piece of wood for the parquet flooring, it attached perfectly.
@@eagleturtle2239 In my experience this type of plasticine adheres perfectly almost everywhere, even too much, on my clothes for example 😂😂
If the clay never dries, how do you preserve the art?
👏👏👏
I got tired just from watching it, Iooks like hard work
No it's not that hard. I find it very relaxing, i swear ahahahaha
What did you draw on originally?
Hermoso tu trabajo. Felicitación. Que masa ocupas y que soporte . Podrías escribir el nombre del producto por favor. Muy hermoso tu trabajo
Muchas gracias! El nombre del producto que usé es NSP polymer clay by Chavant.
I was wondering what you used for the back-plate, or whatever it's called....does the clay adhere well to it? Any prep of the board first?
I used a piece of wood floor, it does not need any preparation because it is already lacquered. This type of clay adheres well to materials that are as smooth as possible.
What type of clay is this? Thanks
Fantastic! How long did this take to make?
I want to do it. But I want to fix my relief of a mdf platform. Will it stay together when it is try out?
If you use polymer clay maybe yes, it is very sticky.
Super
Hi which clay do u use and is it air dry plz
Hi from uk
😁Hi! The clay I use is called Chavant NSP, and no, it doesn't dry with air
Great tutorial 👏🏼What is the base you’re using?
Thank you!! I used a piece of wood floor, you can use any rigid material that the clay adheres to. Then do some tests on different materials
6:47 Is this tool “sickle scaler”?
it's similar, but the surface of the one I use is not smooth but has the same texture as a wood file
Beautiful
Es arcilla?
How long did it take?
Can you please tell me where to find the tool you’re using at 6:46 ??
I bought it on an Italian website specialized in tools of this type. It is a hook-shaped file. Hope this was helpful 😉
