- Pitaya, Pitahaya, or commonly known as Dragon Fruit is the fruit of several different cactus species indigenous to the region of southern Mexico and along the Pacific coasts of Guatemala, Costa Rica, and El Salvador. It's cultivated in East Asia, South Asia, Southeast Asia, the United States, the Caribbean, Australia, and throughout tropical and subtropical regions of the world.
They may have sweet-or sour-tasting flesh that can be red, white, or yellow!
Dragon fruit is in low in calories and high in fiber and antioxidents!
Sounds like a interesting dragon if I say so myself. Anyways, come and join me on the dock as we brew this delicious tropical wine.

Congrats on 300 subs. Don't think I have ever tried dragon fruit. Looks interesting.
Thank you! I think you might like it in a Saison or Sour beer 🍺! Hint, hint!😉
Great fruit! I bet this one will turn out just perfect!
I believe so too!
I just found frozen dragon fruit in my local 💃💃💃 I am so excited to try this wine. They have both red and white can't decide if to make them separate or combine...what do you think?
You can combine them or do them separately, I believe one has a more intense flavor than the other. I can’t remember! 😅 Google it! 🤣😉
@@dockofthebaycountrywines69 Thanks, I will see what Mr. Google says but think I will do them separately for aesthetic purposes :)
