Pigs are very intelligent animals, to burn them alive is horrific.
Honestly any animal being burned to death is terrible. But I absolutely agree that with pigs high intellect, it makes it worse :/
Poor creatures, too often treated badly, but this was horrific and so many of them. The panic must've been awful for them.
So tragic.@@margaretr5701
I agree. I feel terrible for those poor animals. There was no need for this elaborate ruse. It’s not like he was escaping a long prison sentence. So senseless.
@@elizabethhamm5320I had missed the first couple minutes of the video but assumed he'd killed his family in the fire for whatever horrible reason. But as I listened on, I realized that he'd killed all these poor pigs for such an idiotic reason...it's just so bizarre and I think this guy had the potential to be REALLY DANGEROUS
What a total psycho. All those poor pigs. I guess at least he pretended to die and didn't kill his wife and kids.
That was my thought! The bar is in hell, it's got me thinking it ain't half bad
I don't think it would have taken all that much to push him over the edge.
Yes, that is something.
all that ham and bacon, wasted.
@@adotintheshark4848 That too! 🧡
What a horrible thing to do to those poor pigs! They were innocent victims too.
Yes they were. So tragic.
Do you eat pork?
Probably not one bit of those pigs even provided food for man or beast, on top of their needlessly miserable deaths.
Yes, A horrible death for the animals.
Also says a lot about a person.
@@charliecc2043 Yes, but even guys who work in slaughter houses believe in a clean kill.
How did the psychic not know who he really was? 😅
Excellent point.
No one said they were competent
She had had no excuse not to see this coming.
That is what I was wondering. It kind of proves Dr. Grande's opinion of psychics, don't you think?
@@christinelee4780 funny how they never guess lottery numbers!
Those poor animals. 😢Isn't it easier just to tell his wife he wants a divorce? What a wack-job.
It's the Paying for the divorce they don't want to do, especially if he was cheating...she would have took him to the cleaners. But still..I gotta agree with the total whack job part Lol
😭so cruel
“Ronald wasn’t going to let been declared dead stop him from living his life.” 😂
He deserved prison for what he did to those pigs. That along with walking out on his sons the way he did makes him a total sociopath. What a POS!
It’s baffling to me that he thought faking his death and abandoning his wife with babies would be less hurtful to her than learning he’d been unfaithful.
He probably wasn't thinking of them at all.
He was a selfish coward
nah, he just didn't want to face his family.
Just an excuse to shirk responsibility
Are you kidding ? He didn’t want to pay alimony or child support. He couldn’t have cared any less about his wife and the kids…. At least he didn’t kill them, though.
It's Heartless to let your Family, especially your Children, to believe you're Dead!
Yes, and to kill animals in such a horrible way.
Imagine the pain he put those children through. That is a kind of pain that never goes away.
Those poor pigs! I'm not a vegetarian, but what a horrible way for 70 pigs to die, all scared and stuck in there.
The barn housed 70 pigs. 71 including Ron.
But, then, they didn't all die, did they?
“He was not physically attractive…” Lol, the doc cutting through the bs
Phucking fantastic how you fearlessly ferreted out this freewheeling fiend's fickle falsehoods and felonious philandering. Fascinating film, fine fellow!
I'm suprised they didn't charge him with anything. Not even being married to multiple people at the same time 🤔. What a terrible man.
But serial monogamy is the accepted norm. "Cheating" has replaced "adultery", and is no longer a crime in most (if any) jurisdictions. Divorce is accepted, as is remarriage, with no limit to the number of times it can be done. All he really did was fail to file some paperwork to divorce each woman before he married the next. Oh, and tell each woman about his whole past, which is also not technically a crime. I think he's terrible, but not criminal, except for the pigs.
As highly as Ron thought of himself, I think it's ironic that he is probably missed by none.
I’m always baffles how the family is always on board with the deception. No family member thought about his children who were also THEIR own blood.
They probably looked after the kids sometimes or helped out.
Apples don't usually fall far from the tree
To look back on your life and see that you spent it entirely on selfish and cruel pursuits; if ever there was a wasted life, it was Ron Stan/Jeff Walton. Thanks, as always, Dr. Grande.
It amazes me with stories like these how people can get away with a lifetime of fraud and crime. He could've been caught any number of times with his fraudulent behavior, but somehow skirted responsibility his whole life.
Viewers should also keep in mind he does this through the 70s, 80s and in a way its the perfect time for this as most adults cam up when it was all paper documents but by the 1980s everyone in North America is trying to move to computer databases. It would not be unusual paperwork was lost for an adult his age but wasn't found on digital systems and there was still no automatic cross-checking of databases and even US/Canada crosschecking was decades away so that much more.
From around 2000 onward he probably could not pull that off. Even a little courthouse in OKC can click some buttons from a desk and the computers do the work and the inconsistency, errors, 'two names' and ID etc would fire up.
@@jonathandewberry289And yet, identity theft remains rampant today, in spite of all of the technology.
What a disgusting guy setting a barn ablaze burning innocent animals! Horrific!
What a title, guy, & case. Poor pigs🐷Great points & analysis again. Thanks Dr G🤍🤍
Nice plumbing reference combos
Looking at his photos, Ron must have had some impressive social skills to have so many women wanting to marry him. I wonder if his first wife saw him with his family in the photos and reported it to the Canadian police? Someone must have revealed things to have that old barn fire case reopened 🤔
The biggest assholes always have charisma to spare.
@@derkeheath5172 No shortage of desperate women either.
@@susanohnhaus611I disagree. Women now have more freedom and options more than anytime in human history and that is wonderful. Because of the financial freedom part.
@@derkeheath5172 I boyish charm, perhaps?
@@susanohnhaus611 It is hormones. A high level of estrogen tends to make women seek social interaction, so that they are physically, cognitively, and emotionally prepared to nurture their dependent children and find support for them, whereas a high level of testosterone motivates the sex drive. Men usually have higher testosterone levels than women.
I feel sorry for the 🐖🐖🐖🐖🐖
Same here. Arson and 70 counts of animal cruelty.
@@user-tm9qb2jk4o Plus being married to two wives at the same time and not helping out with his first two children at all, abandoning them
So he took the name Jeff after his son Jeff…then named his new son Jeff…
I'm always fascinated by the elaborate plans people go through when it's just easier to leave a situation the "normal" way 😅😅
Ferrari kit on Fiero is so classless.
LOL!
It’s so weird that he called his third son Jeff/Geoff when his second son already had that name.
That way if he ever tripped up and said ''my son jeff'' he was covered.
Trying to subconsciously replace him, maybe?
@@briskettacos No, he considered himself Jeff and what's better than having someone who is a mini me unless it's a mini me named after your wonderful self. So goes the narcissist's frame of mind.
@@diannew6066 That makes no sense. He would have named his first son after his real name if so. It’s far more likely that it was the second wife’s decision. The weird thing was that he didn’t stop her.
Imagine being found by the police, not getting charged, and then also having your medical bills paid by Canadian Healthcare.
They didn't pay them he was in the states ... Canada doesn't pay for out of country medical bills also him being declared dead he wouldn't have a health card so couldn't even go to a Canadian hospital
I wonder how his son (from the first marriage, who was left behind) felt seeing his father show up later, including in his grandfather’s funeral. Also, it’s hilarious that the police felt it wasn’t worth going after him, but nevertheless called his wife to tell her the truth, almost as if they wanted him to pay somehow.
You don't wonder how his daughter felt?
@@diannew6066🤣 I was thinking " didn't he have more than 1 child in the first marriage ?"
It reminds me of when someone speaking to a couple doesn't acknowledge the woman at all, but looks only at the man
Legally he would still have been married to his first wife & committed a crime by marrying multiple other women.
Isn't it amazing how a parade of women will line up for a guy like this.
Yes. Humans are not rational animals. Just good at rationalising to ourselves our irrational decisions. We are mostly animals.

Those Canadian cops are not too bright. No human skeletal remains in barn, yep he died in the fire.
What a despicable person. Thanks for your analysis, Dr. Grande!
Just a reminder, I'm not diagnosing anybody in this video; only speculating about a cheating Ron Stan like this.

Thanks for posting another video Dr. Grande.... my night is already looking better :)
That's a horrible thing to do. What a monster!
Thank you Dr. Grande for shining an honest light on this despicable person.
It seems so easy for people to change their names ir use fake ones in us! Is it really as easy as it seems?
Not anymore!
"change their names ir"?
It used to be much easier. People would find a child who died and assume their identity. It would be a child because they had a social security number but no other record to complicate things. They would request paper work and just get it. It doesn't work anymore. Everything is computerized and the government is much more savvy about identity theft.
How sad that so many women are so desperately lonely they make perfect prey for guys like "Ronald".

😂 I know right...
Doctor and a poet
ALLITERATION ain't necessarily poetry.
What a great educational piece on the extreme narcissistic personality for the general population to consider this year, an election year.
I’m just here for the alliteration. 😂
After my grandpa died in the 1990s, we found out that he'd had a whole other family (a wife and 3 or 4 kids) prior to when he "married" my grandma, and that he simply walked away from them sometime in the 1920's (my dad was the eldest of his new family and he was born in 1930). My grandma had already passed away so it was hard to find all of the answers although they did find his original family and where he grew up, etc. He and my grandmas didn't actually get legally married until the 70s sometime although they had a 50th anniversary party. No name changing though. I guess it was much easier to disappear in the 1920s, if you wanted to. It was very strange!
Dr. Grande, could you do a video on why there are so many mass shopliftings, looting, smash and grabs, etc?

Hop on the bus, Gus
You don't need to discuss much

And get yourself free

Literary geniuses, was that an onomatopoeia that Dr Grande used to conclude the case??
Very nice Dr. Grande!! 🙌
Moo is a good example of an onomatopoeia because it is: “the naming of a thing or action by imitation of natural sounds.” Moo spells out a sound that a cow actually makes.
What Dr. Grande did at the end of his analysis is called an alliteration, specifically a fricative alliteration: “Repetition of 'f', 'ph' and 'v' sounds.”
