    About Us, If you’re new here, Hi I’m Bianca and this is our family channel. We are from Dallas, Texas. My husband’s name is Robert.     things we used for this project
    From home Depot -
    pvc pipe 3 in for arms $10 and 4 in for the legs $10
    Sakrete concrete tube 12in for the body $18
    Red and black spray pain
    The rest was scrap wood for the base and to decorate was stuff from Dollare Tree
    body 4 feet long
    arms 2 feet long
    legs 2 1/2 feet long

    I know this is an older video, but I had to make this comment. You keep saying you cannot draw. Anyone who can free-hand paint a straight line like you did around the face, is artistic. Plus, all your skills in making it and putting it together is definitely an artist! Next year, my goal is to make one that moves like the one in your new video. This year, I am doing one like this one. Being able to refer back to your videos, gives me the confidence to do it and your detailed instructions definitely help. Thanks for helping to make everyone else's nutcracker-building journey easier!

    Try going to hobby lobby or Joanne fabrics and look for fabric that resembles white long fur. They should sell it by the yard

    What did you use to cut the wood for the nose?

      the nose i just used a saw to cut plywood at an angle to make it

      8 inches for hat 9 inches for face . I believe it's in the description as well

    Need to add a beard
