I used a Hampton Bay oscillating desk fan from HD for $20. Model TX-12040, SKU 1008641402. Made platform at arm level for base of fan and arm attachment. Changed side act for 1 1/2 screws and piece of 3/4 ,1x2 which also was for fishing line to the arms which was hidden under the hair. Dollar tree had a faux fur tree skirt for $5 which made enough for two soldiers. Hope this helps.

Dude! I’m pretty crafty and can rig up just about anything but that is super cool. I’m making my first one this year but it just standing but this looks (moves) just like a store bought one. Great job

My husband and I just finished making my nutcracker last night when this video popped up this morning. He said do not get any ideas 😅 lol 😂 about a moving one. Great job. I do think a second nutcracker is in my future. Only thing is I think 🤔 I'd build his fram first then paint and decorate
