So yeah, chrollo cant steal shit since the Arc was a total carnage and full of Mind Games. Even a low level Chimera is wary of their skill not being exposed until almost death.

Pitou is absolutely NOT fragile. She tanked a hit from Netero like it was nothing. All it did was move her a far distance and she took no damage from it. Pitou is extremely tough.
Not to mention that she didn't die from Gon until at least a dozen point blank Janken to the face with no Ren to protect her body, as proof that her headless body only activated its nen after death when gon hit the last punch and not before. Phenx is not going to knock out that kitty. I don't even think netero could kill pitou, he could just smack her around for 3 days and then collapse from exhaustion, or just use zero hand beam and pitou recovers in half a day and kills netero. This video is bullshit. Grandline forget that Gon and Killua are now stronger than the Phantom Troup. Fietan had a hard time killing Zazan, he broke his arms and ribs and only won because he used a very risky move. Feitan's Ko wasn't able to hurt Zazan. Zazan is a squadron commander while Gon and Killua were ready to exchange attacks with youbi.
To be fair, I believe Netero’s attack was not meant to deal damage, just to get her out of the way. Netero was trying to save his nen for his fight with Meruem so I doubt he was trying to deal damage.
TheZachIsBack I can agree with that, but Netero was incredibly strong. I think he was considered top 5 hunters and probably number 1 in his prime. That fact that one of his strikes (moving at and incredible speed too) didn’t phase her in the slightest, is a testament to her strength.

You forgot the possibility where a majority of the troupe gets killed about as fast as kite lost his arm, leaving only about 3-4 members alive to fight the guard
As much as I like the Phantom troupe and not much of a fan of the Royal Guard, I think if all 3 Royal Guards fought at once they would end up winning.
Yeah but think about it, even with one arm Kite actually fought to the point where Pitou respected his abilities. Most of the troup members are about as strong as Kite and a few are stronger so they can’t get one shoted even by Muruem himself

I beg to differ. You've made some pretty good points but I noticed you only dove through the Troupe's abilities and completely ignored the Royal Guards' simultaneously as if they're gonna fight motionless dummies who'll let them do as they please. You forgot to mention that the Troupe struggled against Squadron Leaders, Officers and Peons. A Royal Guard is an entire league of its own. And while I agree that it depends on a battle of wits, I don't see the troupe taking the win against 3 of the Royal Guards at once considering none of the 3 are stupid at all, not to mention Shaiapouf is unbelievably intelligent, probably near Chrollo level.
Let's not kid ourselves, the Phantom Troupe are my favorite antagonists in HxH but the Royal Guards are far too much for them.
exactly the i think the phantom troupe has a whole has enough hax nen abilities to but up a fight but they lack the ridiculous aura reserves and physical stats/durability to go toe to toe with the royal guard.. there all only 1or 2 hits away from being killed or taken out of the fight .. and with pitou's speed and strength and youpi being a walking war machine with almost limitless durability I dont think it's long before the troupes losing members and any plans start falling apart .. pouf is also a good harass and distract character as even split into 10 he could still distract any one member of the troupe .. leaving the rest to get quickly chopped by pitou .. the fact that hisoka only wanted to fight Chrollo tells me everything I need to know .. hisoka stands 0% chance against any one royal guard but beats most likely everyone of the troupe 1v1 (minus chrollo) .. yet some how people still think the troupe members are on a level to deal with the royal guards ..ex everyone talking pain packer like feitan would survive enough damage to make a sun hot enough to kill youpi .. the same youpi that casual walks on lava in the aftermath of a poisonous nuke .. yeah feitan doesmt live long enough to give youpi a tan with pain packer lol ..
@@brocks692 Exactly. Out of the Phantom Troupe, only Feitan and Phinks have the hax ability of even hurting a Royal Guard. But, as you said, Feitan doesn't have the durability of tanking a single hit from either Pitou or Youpi to activate Rising Sun. And Phinks has to charge Ripper Cylotron forever, as if the Guards will let him do as he pleases. Not to mention, Youpi's Rage Incarnate is simply too destructive. Also, notice how the op heavily underestimate Pitou's Terpsichora. I mean that Nen Ability is literally DESIGNED for ENDLESS combat in the name of Meruem's Safety. Even if the troupe somehow finds a way to kill Pitou, and that is a BIG IF considering the circumstances, Terpsichora will grow only stronger than ever. This video is somehow biased towards the Troupe considering Shalnark's Black Voice, Franklin's Nen Bullets, Machi's Threads, Shizuku's Blinky and Hisoka's Bungee Gum are not gonna pierce/do anything against the Royal Guards' skin. And maybe Bonolenov's Jupiter and Uvogin's Big Bang Impact will cause minor injuries but certainly not fatal. And what's Pakunoda and Kortopi gonna do? Die i guess? lol haha.
I won't begin to elaborate on Chrollo's Skill Hunter because it has many potential stolen nen that can be used, but i highly doubt anything will be useful enough to kill the Guards. Note: Fun Fun Cloth won't work on enemies like the Royal Guard themselves. That nen ability has limits like all the others and Imm pretty sure its restrictions aren't gonna work on them. Also, Nobunaga has no hatsu at all. I can even stretch that Pouf is not needed in this one sided massacre. Still, I love the Troupe >>> Royal Guards

100% agree. Experience and a few good wins conditions are an asset for the troup, but it will never be enough. If a royal gard charge at them at full power, most of the troupe probably dont have the physical capacity to keep up more than a few move. Isoka / Chrolo would last a bit longer, but thats it. The royal gard most likely wipe the floor with the phantom troupe in a few minutes. Best case scenario they maybe lose one member on a cheese (like Isoka stoping the movement of a royal gard for like 1 sec with his gum while Finn get a clean charged hit)
1m% agree..i like the" dummies"..kite even if senses aura cant dodge a speed attack..and dead pitou even injured Gon, i dont believe the troupe stand a chance..
This is what upsets me so much about Hunter X Hunter, that there is still so much we don't know. We haven't seen the full range of power or strategy or growth that these characters have gone through. Imagine if more characters like Chrollo or Hisoka put in conditions on themselves like Kurapika or Adult Gon. I really hope Togashi gets better so that he can finish his story.

That’s a good thing though. The beginning of any anime/manga is the best because everything is still so new and fresh and there is constantly new things to learn. When you discover the whole world, there’s nothing else to learn about and it gets boring.

hunter x hunter is a series where abilities and power are only half the battle, it also involves when, where, why, and how this fights begin
true.. but i honestly dont see the troupe being able to survive at all. They would never ever get the jump on the royal guard. they arent faster either. Only survivor is probably king spider himself and even then. the royal guard gain more power just by eating nen users. we watched the troupe take on lower level ants . No diff in my opinion. Pitou alone wipes half the troupe
@@futurexsoul828 Fights depend on the situation. The only troupe members who struggled against the chimera ants were Shizuku(intel member), Shalnark(intel member) and Feitan who was rusty and fought a squadron leader who made a restriction by tearing off her own tail(which was her way of creating soldiers) and by changing her appearance(which she cared about) in order to gain a lot of raw strength. We've seen what restrictions in this show can do. In the end, Feitan still killed her. And it's not like the Royal Guards easily defeated their opponents. The narrator said that Youpi was seconds away from losing his nen to Knuckle's nen ability. Youpi attacked Knuckle a lot of times throughout the invasion, and Knuckle dodged each of those attacks, except for the one time when Killua intervened.
Regarding Kite vs Pitou:
1. In the manga(unlike the anime), Pitou had at least 4 or 5 scratches when she was holding Kite's head after their fight.
2. Pitou wanted to fight Kite again so much that she created her healing nen ability specifically for that goal.
3. Kite had only one arm when fighting her.
4. Ging said that Kite may have rolled a resurrection nen ability against Pitou, and from what we've seen it looked like some sort of wand, so Kite may not have even rolled a nen ability made for fighting.
Pouf said that Morel could have killed him, if he searched for Pouf inside of the smoke instead of deactivating it. Which is another example of any action, inaction or anything else being able to affect the battles. And just because the troupe members don't have Morel's smoke ability, doesn't mean that they can't use their own abilities in ways that are threatening to Pouf.
Also, contrary to what you've said, Royal Guards don't gain any aura by eating nen users, like Meruem does.
Again, the situation affects the battle.

Just looking at some of the comments here, there are a lot of baseless assumptions and reaching in the statements of people who don't think that the Phantom Troupe has a chance of defeating the Royal Guards.

Bruh didn't Pitou launch like a mile with pinpoint accuracy and take Kite's arm off? Tf we even talking about here? She was the strongest of the 3..her cat like speed combined with incredible raw power made her terrifying. She was also quick to master incredibly complex Nen abilities. I mean damn it took /godmode to kill her and she STILL almost took out her target if it wasn't for Killua.

Pitou is weaker than Youpi and pouf, pouf was able to put her under a spell that manipulates her, and I don't see her surviving the explosions from youpi, yes she is strong, but she cant kill pouf if he separates right? And how could he kill youpi if youpi makes eyes in all directions, her only shot is a surprise attack on youpi, which may not work. Pouf's mouth slams pitou, and youpis extended eyes and strong explosions deal such great damage. Even google agrees with me.
Dude wtf is wrong with all of you. You all struggle to dissect info. Kite lost 1v1. Remember that. Pitou was damaged even. Not much, but she had scratches and even called him strong. The fight was implied to be a long one that may have even lasted the whole night as the next time we see pitou, it is during the morning. In other words kite wasn't blitzed. You think Kite could take on the whole troupe at once? Point is Kite held his own for a bit while being ALONE. Imagine with a group that has hax abilities.
Even shoot and knuckle could have theoretically beaten youpi thanks to hax. People think stats > hax when time and time again it's been shown that hax can make up for lack of stats.
Even Morel was able to trap pouf.
Now answer this. If the troupe would get blitzed, why didn't Morel, kite, knuckles, and shoot get instantly destroyed? By your logic, they should have died within 10 seconds. Get real, man.

That’s legitimately what they should’ve done, have Knov coordinate a portal with where Netero wants to take Meruem, have Phinks charge up the biggest punch in history and hit Meruem with it.
@@hdl3044 On the Royal Guard (RG) it may work but not on Mereum. He can see through Meleorom's hatsu especially post-Rose Bomb. Also, I doubt that fire power will be any close to Netero's Zero Hand and that only gave Mereum scratches on his shell. Not a real damage. Phinx does not have infinite amount of aura. Even on the RG, sure he can hit them but will it be enough to damage them? Mereum's tail whip can obliterate almost everyone in that arc and the RG can tank one. Even Gon's adult form did not really obliterate Pitou's body that much. Phinks punch is also more of a blunt force attack. Are you saying that Phinks can match adult Gon's rock punch? If so, that would mean that Phinks is the most underrated character who is at least equal to Mereum as Pitou stated about Gon?

The ONLY way I see the troupe winning such a fight, is if you apply batman logic. That is to say, give chrollo sufficient prep time to analyze the abilities of the royal guard and come up with a strategy to take them out. Then yes, I can actually agree the troupe can potentially win in such a scenario, BUT they would take multiple casualties. At least half of the troupe would be dead after such a fight imo.
Now, what about a more reasonable fight situation? Let's say the troupe has been hired to kill meruem. They only know the ants are incredibly powerful beings that know how to use nen and some have been able to develop their own hatsu. They do not know how powerful the royal guard are, nor their individual abilities. So the troupe descends upon meruem castle with some high level strategy created by chrollo. The immediate problem? Pitou became aware of this threat well before the troupe thinks its possible for them to be detected. Basically, I see it playing out like when pitou first detected kite. Pitou didn't use en, but rather it used some kind of superhuman cat-sense to detect him. Not only detect him, but also roughly gauge his power, which is why pitou said "I'm gonna go find out how strong I am" when it first detected kite. I believe kite is at the level of an average troupe member in terms of nen mastery and even his speed/reflexes/agility and so forth. So, look at what pituou did to kite. That was pitou NOT trying to 1 shot kite, but rather just fight him to get a sense of its own power. If Pitou really wanted, kite's head is off his body in 1 shot. Nothing kite can do to stop that. Same for gon and killua assuming pitou wanted them dead as well. I can easily imagine pitou taking out a group of 2-3 troupe members damn near instantly, depending on what chrollo's strategy is in terms of grouping members. And even before pitou goes for its own attack, its very likely pitou would make yupi and pouf aware of where the other troupe members are, based on ptou's extreme cat-sense ability. Which means yupi and pouf are going to be ready to take on whatever groups they encounter. And after pitou finishes with its blitz attack, it will go to assist one of the other royal guard or attack a different group. There's no way chrollo could ever imagine one royal guard taking out a troupe group consisting of 2-3 members in mere seconds. So he wouldn't be expecting pitou to attack other groups so soon, and this would probably wreck chrollo's strategy right then and there. Probably forcing a retreat if its not too late.

Did knuckle, shoot, morel, and kite get blitzed? No. So troupe wouldn't get blitzed either. Kite lasted presumedly the whole night on a 1v1 fight with only one arm and managed to give pitou small damage. He was even complimented by pitou as he called kite strong.
If The Troupe have any chance of winning, there will be sacrifices.

If the Phantom Troupe has enough time to prepare, I agree they can beat the royal guards but if they are ambushed they have no chance.

I think a sign they definitely wouldn’t have stood a chance against the royal guard was kite’s reaction to first sensing pitou from miles away .
kite had traveled the world and more than likely encountered the spiders , Yet his reaction seemed as though he had never felt a power like this one .
Second sign is the size of pitous en , Zeno could manage only 300 meters while pitous seemed to stretch at least a mile .
Third and final is morel and knov ,they were both close to netero and knew his power well but knovs hair turned white from simply being near the guard’s presence .

People like shoot, knuckle, morel and know could comfortably deal with a lot of the phantom troupe, tha only people that can scale above them in the troupe are uvogin, feitan, maybe phinks, hisoka, ilumi and chrollo. And no one did well agaist the royal guards. The only istanses were the royals were in trouble were pitou vs adult gon and 1/7 power pouf agaist godspeed killua. Youpi did not suffer any damage from his fight with everyone. And zeno him self said that he was no match for netero. He admited to not be anywere near the level of netero himself. So chrollo scaling to him doesn't mean mutch when it comes to dealing with the royal ants

Generally speaking yes, but Togashi goes out of his way to show that doesn't apply to the King and his Royal Guard. Their aura and bodies are so crazy that it just doesn't really matter what a normal or even gifted Nen user's ability is. This does apply to the king moreso than his Royal Guard, but we see even an ability like Knuckle's is rendered impractical due to the ridiculous amount of time it would take for someone like Youpi to go bankrupt.

when u think about it most animes are like that aswell because usually in major fights protagonists are outclassed by their opponent and they have to think of a plan or target their weaknesses its never a straight forward strength fight.

they wouldn't been friends before the fight between youpi and the extermination team, he gain respect and compassion during that fight, so if it's youpi before that fight he would just straight up stomping uvo. we can't sure if uvo would give the same sensation to youpi and ended up earned his respect and compassion.

Uvo is nowhere near Youpi in aura capacity but has more experience. What terrifies me about the Royal Guards is how young they were basically just developing their abilities through learning on the spot

I feel like this underestimates the sheer power that the guards in particular pitou have. I mean hisokas IQ is high but he mainly relies on his power level being much greater than others and the phantom troupe had trouble with him. Although we don’t know how hisoka compares to pitou it wouldn’t be crazy that pitou could be much stronger than hisoka
It's kind of the opposite. Well, I agree that Pitou has far more power (which is my main point below), but he (pervy clown boi) doesn't really use his power level so much. Hisoka has high stats, but not higher than everyone he fights -- that's his goal, to fight people stronger than him, and win. He uses strategy and his wits, even if he's at a disadvantage. Now, I think Pitou would blitz him -- maybe due to plot armor he'd dodge and try to fight back, eventually evade and run away or be saved, but from what we know of both of their strengths, even the best strategy or tactic from Hisoka would end up with his head in Pitou's lap like Kite. Sheer power and skill overwhelms genius strats when the power gap is too big. Even if you tried to say Itachi (muhfukkin solo king) will totsuka Momoshiki, we all know Momo would never let that happen and is magnitudes faster and stronger than Itachi. Not trying to bring another manga/anime into it, just using it as an example, because it's the same idea. Kakashi would never win 1v1 against, say, Isshiki, no matter how clever he is. The power gap is just astronomical. Same for Hisoka vs. Pitou. I'm for sure not saying Kakashi and Isshiki have the same gap as Hisoka and Pitou, just using it as an example.
The other side of it and supports my point is how Adult Gon didn't care about strategy, he just stood there and said "you are mine" and skullfucked Pitou into oblivion. Same would happen to Hisoka if Pitou got her paws on him.

Besides its not 1 on 1, its a team vs 3 royal guards, if Gon, Killua, Morel and the others could defeat them (barely, i know and with bomb shenanigans) i think with enough planning they could defeat them, maybe with one or two casualties, but its super achievebable

And both of these battles, especially the one against Cheetu, happened when Morel wasn't exhausted like he was during the invasion. Feitan while being in a rusty state killed a squadron leader that made a restriction to become much stronger. Pitou got injured by Kite who rolled some stick or wand nen ability for resurrection and still damaged Pitou, meanwhile transformed Zazan wasn't even injured by Feitan's KO on his sword. Unless Kite's amount of aura is at least three or four times bigger than Feitan's, the fact that Pitou got injured by Kite while transformed Zazan didn't get injured by Feitan in those situation i've named, shows that transformed Zazan at least in terms of durability was at a level of a Pitou or higher.
@Thunder P Kite got in front of Gon and Killua to protect them from Pitou. He purposefully let put himself into a position where his arm got cut off. His priority at that moment was to save them. That's why he lost an arm. Power fight or not, Pouf clearly kicked Morel and Morel didn't receive any visible damage from hit attack. Look at the comments above. We were talking about Feitan being or not being able to survive a hit from a royal guard, so you said that Shoot kept getting slashed, which just supports my point because Shoot kept getting slashed and was still alive, but if Feitan was in Shoot's place he he would just create a sun once he got damaged enough. And imma just take that statement of the troupe members with a plan ending up lying near Youpi's foot as a joke.
The beat part of nen is that regardless of how powerful your nen is, it comes down to how you wield it.
At times it just doesn’t matter. That works in gon vs genthru situations in which smarts matter. But the power level difference is too great

Yeah, there are characters who have a lot of aura and there are characters with less aura, but fights consist of much more than just aura quantity. Tactics and skills aren't always going to defeat a big quantity of aura, either - it goes both ways. The point is that it's not as clear-cut as it may look.

Remember how far Killua, Gon and Kite's position when they are scouting the Ant's territory... and then Pitou sensed an aura from a distance and suddenly jumped like 1 kilometer in a second then boom. That would insta kill one member of the troupe. Not that I underestimate their speed which they shown when the cloth guy tried to trap them in the car.

Franklin is severly underated. I feel like no one talks about him because he only used a bit of his power once, But he's one of the founding member and his nen ability is based on combat, which means he was powerful enough for Chrollo to need him as a combatant. Also, he is always shown to be extremely respected and loyal to the troupe, during Yorknew arc, he keeps the troupe together. Also, when he shoots through the crowd of mafia, the hired bodyguard who uses nen combatants to shield himself gets instantly destroyed, leaving him alive just long enough to tell us the nen bullets must be incredibly powerful. I think an endless bullet barrage from Franklin is extremely devastating and the troupe probably respect the fuck out of him for that.

Uvo was the strongest as stated multiple times. Franklin even said he would beat him and nobunaka up for being late to meetings. They tried to use one of the most powerful nen weapons on earth to torture him and the sword only went 5mm into an already open wound

agree, I just rewatched ryodan arc.. when chrollo was kidnapped, paku need to take gon and killua out, and they were arguing that paku was controlled by the chain user and that they need to kill her.. franklin was the one who calm the situation, and the one the members listen to..

I feel like downplaying the physical stats of the Royal Guard makes this feel a bit flimsy to me. Like, yeah, their Nen abilities aren't optimized for combat, but I feel like that only speaks to their absurd power; the fact that they don't even need to have properly functional abilities is proof that they are so far above everyone else. To say nothing of how Pitou was able to shake off a killing blow from Meruem without much of a reaction, and even took no noticeable damage from Netero's Boddhisatva; I just don't see how their physical power can be brushed aside when the argument that the Guards can just blitz every member is such a prevalent argument. That and I feel a lot of these win conditions are a bit half-baked; Fun Fun Cloth and Shalnark's manipulation require Chrollo and Shalnark to get close enough to any of them and cover them in a cloth/poke them with a needle, which, again, is a bit hard to picture working thanks to the aforementioned examples. Phinks' infinite cyclotron is based entirely on speculation and as such I feel like it lacks any merit as an argument, and Bonolenov and Feitan's powers may stand the best chance of working, but you completely neglected to mention that the Troupe would be equally at risk, if not more so, to these powers. You say that Bonolenov's power works on you regardless of distance as long as you hear it, and we see firsthand how Feitan's is dangerous to the troupe, so either the two of them potentially use friendly fire to (maybe) kill a Guard, or they signal for everyone to retreat to a safe distance, which I think makes their intentions way more obvious, and also sets up either of those two to just be killed immediately.All in all, I feel like this was a very flawed video, and am a bit surprised that it came from you, because I know you best for your insight and attention to detail regarding the series you make content for.
that being said, I recognize this came out nearly a year ago, so its entirely likely that you have changed your mind on this matter; and truthfully, this is all about a bunch of fictional characters, so it doesn't really matter. I tend to disagree with quite a few of his hypothetical fight videos, and this is certainly one of them. And as you stated, much of my disagreement comes from the sheer lack of respect for the absurd physical attributes of each of these royal guard. To say pitou lacks durability is just crazy. Pitou took what was explained as a killing blow from the ant king's tail, and was only left with a bruise with some blood. Now I'm not saying meruem can't take off pitou's head with one shot if he really tried, BUT I am saying meruem severely underestimated pitou's durability in that moment. Also, pitou did take a point blank jajanken from adult gon, who is widely recognized by the fandom to be on par with meruem, and pitou's head was still intact, although it did seem to be unconscious and unable to continue fighting. Still, I find it extremely hard to believe that phinks could ever generate enough aura to power a punch to anywhere near the level of a jajanken from adult gon. That's a massive reach imo. Which means, I highly doubt phinks punch is gonna be a 1 hit win condition for any of the royal guard. And that's just the durability aspect. What about their speed? Again, the royal guard completely outclass them. Pitou for example was able to close a distance of over a mile and still managed to land a hit on kite to remove his arm. I would put kite on the level of any of the phantom troupe in terms of speed/reflexes. Pitou's speed is actually overwhelming any of them. Combined with pitou's immense strength that is the actual definition of a 1 shot win condition, what can the troupe really do to avoid such an attack? They would have to be aware of the attack well before pitou goes for it just to have a decent chance to dodge or counter. What about pitou's superhuman senses, that even surpasses en in terms of range? Pitou was able to detect kite from deep within the hive while kite was over a mile away in a forest. Pitou didn't use en, it used some superhuman cat-sense. Same with the time that pitou detected danger approaching meruem castle. Turns out that danger was netero and zeno while they were still in the clouds over meruem castle. It was only after they jumped off the dragon and were closer to the castle that pitou used en to clearly identify what they were and where they were.
And this is just an explanation for pitou. Similar arguments can be made for yupi and pouf. Although, I do view pitou's physical abilities to be best suited to take out multiple troupe members without sustaining too much counter damage. Yupi is definitely capable as well, and pouf will simply be extremely difficult to kill. Not to mention, pouf can theoretically create millions of microscopic copies of himself, then enter the bodies of the phantom troupe members and kill them from the inside by attacking vital organs. How will the troupe deal with this? I'm not trying to diminish the troupe here...but come on the royal guard are not going down so easily lol.
I think Pitou alone or a focused Youpi could solo them so hearing this dude say all 3 at once is crazy. The base stats of the royal guard are way too high for most of the troupe to handle. As soon as Pitou touches you you are losing a body part so sure Chrollo can parry with his blade but what about everyone else? Feitans sword isnt that tough and that vacuum chick isnt that fast. Uvogin if he was alive could probably tango a bit but this guys analysis requires the royal guard to just be waiting around and half heartedly fighting like some classic mid tier villains who talk giving the good guys time to figure everything out. If Youpi goes battle form immediately, Pitou goes full speed and Pouf bes a disruptor by analyzing what the troupe need to do to win and countering it, then a min in at least half the troupe will be dead. And this is assuming the troupe are fighting mercilessly with the idea that they are going to lose people so no Feitan taking the hit for Kortopi. Nah he dead bro shouldve stayed home. Pitous too fast to take a hit, Pouf is too smart to take a hit and Youpi can take the hit so now what? Whos gonna let Phinx charge like that? Best plan i see is Feitan taking damage playing defense until he cant anymore and uses his ability which im sure will deal damage but will it be enough? Will it be fast enough? Whats stopping Pitou from blitzing him while hes doing all this shit? Can Youpi stand next to him and blow up while hes charging up? The win for the troupe requires them to be perfect and the royal guard to be getting over a serious hangover thinking they are fighting children.

Did morel, knuckle, shoot, and kite get blitzed? No. That alone debunks the whole blitz argument. The whole blitz thing seems to basically stem from pitou taking kite's arm in an instant, but guess what? He lasted the whole night vs pitou on a 1v1 fight while also only having one arm. AND kite damaged pitou. Small damage, but damage nonetheless. Pitou even said something along the lines of "he sure was strong". If kite could last a whole night alone with only one arm, there's no reason the troupe shouldn't MINIMALLY last just as long and that's assuming you want to actually say Kite = whole troupe which I'd also call bs on that.

He’s not my most hated, Pitou takes that trophy. My favorite is actually Youpi. For some reason, he’s seemed the most humane. He never went out of his way to fight, he had no blood lust whatsoever, he was always just chill until provoked.

I think we're forgetting how fast Pitou is. Any opportunity to activate Terpischora combined with their outrageous en to predict/react to attacks is going to leave more than a few members dead within seconds. Pitou's raw speed is just too real.

I’m not sure about some of these conclusions. Pitou is fragile? I think the fact that she wasn’t scattered into atoms after Gon’s first kick disproves that. The fact that it took multiple attacks to fully out her down and even then her post-Mortem Nen was enough to chop an arm off (I know he let it hit but still, he was probably pretty invulnerable there).
I also think Pouf’s intelligence is underrated. He’s able to anticipate his opponents mental state and he completely outsmarted Morel in multiple ways. Morel is smarter than most members of the troupe when it comes to combat and not only did Pouf successfully bluff him, but managed to trick him again right after and cripple his fighting ability for the rest of the arc.
And Youpi is insanely powerful, but we only saw him fight alone. I think that under Pitou and Pouf’s direction he’d be a lot more dangerous.
And pouf is universally despised? He’s the best character!
Facts.
Pouf is honestly one of the most op Royal guard, his scales that he spread is an instant win against anyone who cant hold their breath (even morel was careful to not breath in his presence) he is also pretty fast able to keep up slightly with god speed killua who blitzed youpi while only in 10% of his full power or even lower considering he was a clone of an already weakened pouf who gave his life to meruem, and on top of that he is pretty strong since he took morel pipe and stomped him hard to the ground with his clone only.
I don't see anyway for the phantom troup to win since they would be blitzed without any hax ability like knov's morel's or chameleon dude

Like, the Phantom Troupe works really well as a team. But we never saw the Royal Guard fight as a team, and they probably make one hell of a team as well. I guess Pouf would be the one directing the strategy and planning

Honestly I think you downplayed the Royal Guard WAY too much. Like Nerferpitou’s speed (jumping from kilometers away and Kite still didn’t have enough time to dodge) Her aura is so intense even veteran men users get overwhelmed. She is one to go straight for the kill. And her heightened senses. Also she took a hit from Meruem that was supposed to kill her. She also survived Neteros attack. Her durability is insane. None of these feats include Terpisichora.
Pouf, like you said, has a variety of skills which also include empathic and mind manipulation. He was stated to have more raw power than Netero. And he’s somewhat of a telepath.
Youpi is like the hulk. The angrier he gets the stronger he gets. Body manipulation, resistance to electricity and poison. Even with speed on Killua’s side, he literally didn’t deal any damage to Youpi. He is an overwhelming force of power.
Chrollo, as smart as he is, wouldn’t know anything about the Royal Guards’ nen abilities and, therefore, wouldn’t be able to offer much of a plan. That’s also implying the Phantom Troupe get prep time which I don’t know why they would in this fight. Also many of these attacks from the Troupe require them to engage in close combat and it shouldn’t be up for debate whether or not they would survive.
There is a reason non of the squad in the temple, even all together, wanted to fight even one Guard. They always tried to avoid them if possible and only fought when it was an absolute must.
I think the troupe would put up a better fight but their feats against the lesser ants are laughable to the Royal Guard. I don’t know. I’m not convinced. But maybe someone can prove me wrong. 🤷🏽♂️

Also I agree that only relying on natural instincts is problamatic and people may downgrade Chrollo but he fought Hisoka in a way that he had no risk of his life (basically toying with Hisoka), in a battle there is always a chance of death (defeat) and Chrollo is intelligent enough to win unsatiated (even that blood coming out from that one attack from Hisoka was fake to fool Hisoka). Chrollo used less than 10 percent of his potential in strength and other capabilities since he had the necessary abilities to kill Hisoka specifically without any combat by himself (VVI point)

I feel like it wouldn’t make much of a difference since none of the troupe can really stand up to them in proper close quarters which is why they would have to rely on clever usage of there nen ability’s to win and when shalnark uses that ability he puts himself into auto pilot mode which gives him a huge buff but makes it so he’s acting on pre programmed shit and even buffed he would probably get completely demolished by the royal guards up close like that

Pouf could be the "weakest" of the 3 royal guard in terms of raw power but he compensate that with his tactician's skill. He act as the King advisor as we saw him with meruem most of the time. He's the brain of the royal guard and spiritual massage was a perfect tool for him to read his opponent's moves one step ahead. Youpi is the strongest in terms of nen capacity but lacking in supreme intellect of Pouf. He's without a doubt the strongest line of defense any opponent had to overcome in order to get to king. Pitou is the most balanced of all the 3 guards. Unlike youpi who's more passively guarding the line. She acts as the eye of the ant and scout the area for potential threats to the king. Scouring the ground and skies with her tentacle like en.
@@annedrieck7316 not just pitou's en, but pitou can also detect powerful beings using some kind of cat-sense. That's how pitou first detected kite from such a long distance, and same for netero and zeno when they attacked meruem castle. Pitou's abilities aside from nen are insane.

We've only really ever seen them fight solo, I think the Phantom Troupe actually working together would be near unstoppable, individually they'd get thrashed sure, but knowing the threat the Royal Guard posses I bet they'd be able to work together.

I'm kind of Meh on the Phantom Troupe's ability to take on a fight they didn't plan out ahead of time (ala their heists). While Chrollo is obviously a super powerful Nen user, being able to take on Silva and Zeno at the same time, he still knew they were coming and set up a space to fight them. If he's just tossed into a battle with foes as powerful as the ants without any preparation to set up his ability combos then I fear a lot of his efficacy is negated.
I say that because let's look at the only two times we've seen someone else go after the Troupe when the troupe wasn't prepared: Kurapika and Hisoka.
Hisoka's was rather short. He obviously lost to Chrollo when Chrollo set up an explicit trap designed to take down Hisoka -- whose abilities Chrollo had full knowledge of. Obviously he gives Hisoka the knowledge during the fight to make it "fair" but only because he set up a nearly unwinnable scenario. When Hisoka goes after the troupe in revenge he can easily disable Machi and killed two (admittedly weaker) troupe members. But that's the problem. A lot of the troupe are not very powerful combatans.
Secondly, more important, is Kurapika. Kurapika by all accounts is an overpowered genius who designed his nen restrictions to allow him to punch above his weight class purely against the troupe. But I don't care how much of a genius you are, he was still at a massive disadvantage going after the troupe. Assuming he and the troupe clashed head on, Chrollo's foretelling said that 6 members of the troupe would be dead by week's end and there was no guarantee they'd have stopped or beaten Kurapika before that.
The troupe are incredibly dangerous and powerful when playing on their own terms. But they rarely have to go up against overwhelmingly powerful forces, and when they do they only win with preparation and plotting. All the troupes combat power pales in comparison to the Ants and without Chrollo being able to set up counters for the Guard, I'm not sure how they'd handle a full blown brawl. Youpi alone could solo several incredibly talented hunters -- who did prepare for him -- quite effectively. I'd say easily but their tricks did cause him some grief. I don't see how they can take ono Pitou and Youpi's raw physical capability without getting time to set a trap.
Not to mention, the most vulnerable member -- Pitou -- dying would probably mean instant death for one or several troupe members since post-death Pitou was fast and dangerous enough to threaten Super Gon. And Super Gon seems to be the highest tier combatant we've seen.
Chrollo was being raped by both, what fight did you see?, Chrollo is weak but has a powerful nen that's all, Zeno did not need to risk his life they were just worried about Chrollo stealing their nen he was inferior in every aspect.

If in this hypothetical the Phantom Troupe is simply joining up with the original attack team, Chrollo's or Phink's ability could work extremely well with Meleoron's God's Accomplice.

Netero's group never really won the fight, only Gon who sacrifice everything manage to win, remember the ants lost because of the poison not because they overpowered the Ants, Netero can hunt down the troupe if he really wanted with the help of atleast 3 hunter, I can't really see the troupe winning. also the ants are not just dumb their IQ is beyond any human in the series.
I personally feel as though "Pain packer" could very much be activated post-death, due to the nature of the ability. It is a true counter attack that will obliterate the enemy through the user's loathing towards the target and physical pain. It's a stockpile ability that has seemingly no cap, outside of the death of the user.. which based on how each royal guard prefers to kill, a certain red giant would be the best opponent as he'd shred his opponent's body, breaking every bone in their body and turning them into paste. If Pain packer were to activate, and included damage done after death, the resulting ability reflected back would probably be thousands of times stronger than the example shown during the series..
The other thing about Pain packer is that it doesn't seem to be an ability that causes instant death, only a faster death. It probably is designed to cause as much pain as possible over a short amount of time so that the target's last moments are pure agony. This is just my observation, however.
Pain Packer can also be outrun by every member of the Troupe that was present during the ant arc, including Shalnark who is weak as hell, and was injured on top of that. And as if that's not bad enough, they mentioned that they "almost" died when they tried to stay and watch Feitan's ability before. I seriously doubt Feitan could catch a guard with it under any circumstances, and I also doubt it could kill any of them.

Chrollo even during the 2v1 was not given time to change power or think as much, now imagine that with the speed of a royal guard, he wouldn't be able to do anything.

I think there is 1 more Chrollo's ability that should be mentioned and could be really useful in the fight against royal Guards or even Meruem... and I'm talking here about the teleportation he used to Nobunaga (when he tried to attack Hisoka)... Of course, we don't know how exactly this ability works, but if is it able to transport people along with their nen... Phinks could charge his arm and Chrollo could easily teleport him behind the royal guard or king... exactly at the moment when he punches...
or It could be useful whit Feitan's ability... they can brutally harm Feitan... Chrollo teleport the whole troupe away and then Feitan uses the Rising sun. Also, Shalnark could be teleported to stick the antenna to any of them.
And another option is if Chrollo could teleport the Guards he could teleport them in some traps or places where they have disadvantages.
So I think Chrollos teleportation could be pretty OP in combination with other troupe members and their abilities.
I doubt Phinks punch could harm any royal guards especially Pitou (The one with the least durability) Could survive Netero's attack without taking any damage. Unless Phinks charged it to like 150+ on the different place so that none of the royal guards could attack him lol

And we also don't know how Phinkses ability exactly works... yes it gets stronger every time he winds his arm, but.... is it like every rotation (+ 10 aura points), or is it based on percentage like every wind (+ 10% power from the previous amount of aura... Whatever... I don't think that Phinks should charge like 20 times and everything would be ok. ( definitely 50 times +++ ) but still I think that it is a possibility.

Meruems tail is a problem... but his biggest disadvantage is that he doesn't know about their power and that there are many of them so they could distract him and finish him quickly like (Phinks with 200/300 times charged hand.... but this much power would kill Phinks as well)... Although Meruem is brutally powerful.. so I don't know if they could kill him (probably not)...

None of the one hit wins could reliably take out Pouf and even Meruem didn't kill Pitou in a single undefended blow that was intended to do so. The Royal guard have the one shot kill ability with just there basic strikes and Youpi constantly adapts to the battle conditions with insane speed. I feel confident that the Royal guard win via sheer stat differences much like Kenpachi vs the Sternrieters in Bleach.

Chrollo could barely beat Hisoka with all the prep time and borrowed abilities, he got caught off guard by Kurapika, and the troupes strongest warrior got killed by Kurapika who had just discovered nen. If you ask me they got pretty much a 0% chance of beating a single guard, especially when we consider the fact that most of the troupe struggle to fight against low-tier ants.

I went into this thinking the Royal Guards would win, due to their raw strength, but now I'm thinking otherwise. Definitely a Brains vs Brawns matchup.
Except Brawn would win in this case. TNW downplays the Royal Guard's shear power by a lot.
The only reason every one of the Extermination team didn't get instantly blitzed is because Pitou was distracted by Netero and Zeno, and Zeno distracted Youpi and Pouf with his dragon ability, which gave the Extermination team time to slip in with Knov's power and execute their plan, and even then they got lucky.
So without something else to distract Pitou, she will instantly sense the Phantom Troup as soon as they get close enough and she will launch herself in their direction just like she did Kite and take someone out. And keep in mind, her range is in miles. As she was very far away from Kite when she sensed him, Gon and Killua, and she got to him and lopped off his arm in seconds. If Netero's attack wasn't as fast as it is, she'd have got to him too long before he and Zeno made it to the ground.
Also, the Phantom Troupe are severally overestimated here. Chrollo may be strong and clearly the strongest of the Troupe, but it doesn't take that much to be a member of the Troupe when Kalluto can join, and we know that Killua is stronger than Kalluto, especially after all the improvements he made during the Chimera Ant arc. And we know that Morel, Shoot, and Knuckle are stronger than Killua is. And yet, none of them were capable of dealing any damage to Youpi at all. Shoot got rid of some of his nen, and Knuckle and Morel pissed him off. And then the only thing Killua managed to do was shock him a bit, and this is someone that is able to kill lesser Chimera Ants with his bare hands, some of which were on par with Zazan's soldiers. Where as the weaker members of the Troupe struggled with Zazan's soldiers, and Feitan had to resort to his Pain Packer just to kill Zazan off, which requies him to take damage to even do in the first place, and that ain't something he can afford when dealing with the shear power of the Royal Guard.
And then outside of having no way to stop a speedblitz from Pitou, and no real way to deal with Youpi outside of cleaver hax ability combos, there is the annoying Pouf, who even TNW said would be difficult to deal with even with hax abilities.
Not to mention, there's the fact that Hisoka is able to kill various Troupe members with relative ease, and even hold his own against Chrollo, and we know he is no where near capable of taking down a Royal Guard, if Kite couldn't, and Netero and the Extermination team required all of their planning and luck just to get into the damn building with everyone they had.
All in all. the Royal Guard stomps, and they stomp hard.
The Royal Guard don't take damage. The only person who could even get close is Netero, and he wouldn't be able to do much.
Plus the Troupe can't actually hit the guards. Pitou and Pouf are untouchable, and Youpi won't take damage

Assuming deceased characters are alive here and Chrolo goes to all kinds of lengths to find powers, what if for example, Chrolo takes Meleoron's power, and then he turns Shalnark invisible and they stick someone with an antenna? I know something like that could be a win condition if it can actually control them (iirc, I don't think we've seen any limitations to that, right?), and it could possibly work theoretically.
The Troup probably wouldn't stand a chance against all 3 at once, and they'd have to work really hard against even just 1 of them, but I think, under the right conditions, they might be able to pull something off.
But who knows? It's kinda a maxed out stats vs ability hax situation.

Both Pouf and Pitou were well-written characters and I really enjoyed them. Kinda disappointing that Youpi was so basic, seeing as he was one of the big bad three and so much of the story revolved around him by proxy when he's frankly pretty one-dimensional.

Alrighty. A few things.
1. You talked about how unhelpful the nen abilities of the Royal Guard are, yet we have to acknowledge that the ants that the phantom troupe fought had absolutely shit nen abilities.
-Shalnark got captured by an ant that basically was just using a bigger ant to fight (this ant was officer level at best)
-Phinks, Bonolenov, and Kalluto killed ants without any sign of them having nen
-Shizuku beat an ant that might have been using nen, but he lost because he was an idiot. He had a really good shot at winning.
-Zazan's nen ability was trash. It only served to turn people into slaves or make her strength, agility, and defense higher. Feitan beat her via nen, but he ended up losing the physical battle (Pitou is likely tens, if not hundreds, of times stronger than 2nd form Zazan)
The Spiders didn't fight any ants with good nen abilities.
2. Only Feitan fought a Squadron leader and it's arguable whether or not Shalnark (it's almost certain that Kalluto and Shizuku could not have).
3. The Spiders who got overwhelmed at any point were overwhelmed by the physical abilities of the ants. This does not account for the sever physical difference between the guard and the squadron leaders--plus the inherent difference in Nen. The royal guard should be astronomically superior to Zazan and they have abilities that do relate to combat to back it up. Terpsichora is more than enough help when we consider that this most likely puts pitou 10s upon 10s of times physically superior to the spiders on top of the already insane difference.
4. Pitou killed kite after being like 1 week old. Kite, who murdered numerous officer class ants with a single stroke. Who beat a squadron leader. Of course Yunju didn't have nen, but nen didn't make a big difference in the Zazan Feitan fight. Zazan and Feitan were mostly equal physically (which is what matters in this debate). Either way, Pitou (correct me if I'm wrong) developed their hatsu AFTER killing Kite.
5. Youpi essentially has the Rage Packer ability, which is pain packer but he can use it whenever he wants. I don't see how that is "not useful" when he was someone who was impossible to damage by god speed Killua, Morel, and Knuckle. No one was able to hurt him. Youpi is guaranteed to outlast or destroy them all.
6. If you think that Shizuku could suck the blood out of a royal guard member without them just straight up killing her (that's assuming they could cause people with higher defenses than Zazan to bleed--pitou got hit by the Guanyin Bhoddhisatva and didn't bleed) I'm going to have to curtly disagree.
7. Kalluto could not damage the royal guard. Maybe Pouf. Unless he hits harder than Meruem does casually, it just won't happen.
8. The Phantom Troupe could maybe beat one of the royal guard, but definitely not two. Even if the "teamwork" element is not there (which, we've never seen them fight together, that doesn't mean that they'd be bumbling buffoons just because they're fighting next to another guard member) it doesn't mean anything when the win condition for the Guard is literally "get a hand on them once." Having two monsters ripping through battlefield is enough. They guard is faster, stronger, and the troupe has no defensive recourse. If they get attacked by Pitou or Youpi there is literally nothing they can do to defend other than dodge (and I doubt they're dodging Pitou). If Pitou killed Kite without having developed their Hatsu then it's ludicrous to think that Terpsichora isn't an auto-win in all but the most opportune scenarios.
In other words, the spiders get swatted. Easy.
Might as well call them the royal exterminators because in this matchup they wouldn't have to guard for shit.
I'd like to see Uvogin fighting one of the guards, Youpi would be the perfect match in personality but it would also be cool to see him go at pouf who is much more elegant and "fancy", though Uvo might have to be boosted in some way so he can actually match them.

Without serious prep time, what’s the PT going to do exactly? The Hunters WITH intel split them all up, used hax-strats/abilities, and failed miserably beyond stalling.
Feitan is not all that valuable. Couldn’t even make them bleed. If his mates smack him around to trigger him, they’ll become collateral damage. Pitou and Pouf aren’t letting them just turn their backs and bolt out of there.
We all know deep down this is a one sided massacre without Hisoka and Chrollo both establishing an educated plan. Even then good luck.

- There is no real reason to assume Netero showed Colt the maximum of what he was capable of, he was constantly downplaying his own powers and he could have just shown a part of aura to get an idea of how strong the royal guards are without revealing his full power
- Even if this was his full power, Colt doesn't know the difference that experience, proficiency and well-crafted abilities make in nen combat, which is something Netero has WAY ahead of any royal guard. I don't see any one of them getting through 100-Type Guanyin Bodhisattva like Meruem did
- As far as I remember, Killua described her aura as more sinister as Illumi or Hisoka, not necessarily stronger (although they certainly are). And again, raw aura without experience isn't everything.
- Knov was literally in Zetsu at the time. Gon and Killua also couldn't get through Hisoka's En before learning Ten themselves. And this also has more to do with killing intent than with strength.

Why tf would he fake it and ruin his ability to get fair analysis from colt? Cope harder. Pitou is above Netero in terms of raw physical stats and aura, altho she would probably lose in a very long fight unless she adapted new nen abilities to counter Netero which might be possible considering how much of a nen genius she is but it's not clear.

I think they could easily do it. The phantom troupe have incredibly smart intelligence along with unique and very strong combative abilities. The shear quantity of the phantom troupe is also very impressive. Throw in Hisoka and the royal guard don't stand a chance.
Throw in Hisoka and the RG need a second longer to slaughter the PT.

Precisely. If Chrollo was in Youpi's situation, once he sensed or saw Knuckle he would catch up to him very fast and defeat him. He also wouldn't be falling for tricks that Youpi fell for. Knuckle's tactic was making Youpi rage so that he used more aura. Knuckle won't be able to make Chrollo rage. If anything, Chrollo would be the one making Knuckle rage. The man stayed calm when Kurapika was threatening him in the car while he was forced into zetsu. Even in that situation, Chrollo even figured out Kurapika's desire to save his friends more than to kill the troupe.
What do you mean barely deal? The only reason their strategy worked at all was because meleoron can erase his entire existence one solid hit from youpi and knuckle would've been dead and if he hits any of the spiders with a punch like that they die too.
Youpi got stalled out by Shoot. Then Knuckle got his ass saved bc of Killua. Then Morel stalled Youpi AGAIN. All this while Youpi was just learning how to use his powers

I think the troupe would need to split the guards to take them down individually. Otherwise, the guards could coordinate and be overwhelming.
I dunno if pain packer would work against youpi since youpi literally waked into a nuclear explosion flames to find the king. He literally adapted to the heat and just walked in. He did die by the radiation poisoning though.

It seems like all of guard's hatsu were manifestations of their personalities. Pitou is curious and intellectual and it seems like combat is an afterthought to her. Pouf just uses things to distract and confuse others to protect the king, since that seems to be even more of an obsession for him than the other guards. Youpi just likes exploring his limits, so rage monster fits.
Ok here is my take on your options
1. I do think that ppl hinks nen ability is limited by his own aura. I already commented on this but basically through kurapika we see that while restricting onesself can strengthen your nen it doesn't make your nen unlimited hence why he had to test it out on uvogin it also makes sense that it would be limited since nen is ones lifeforce and by giving your nen conditions to show determination you strengthen it but it still wouldn't be unlimited so idk if he could amplify his punch enough to damage them (seeing that defense directly correlates to ones aura (ten) and how we saw poofs and pitous aura already also pouf isn't really that fragile the only time we have seen her take damage was against an amped gon
2. The phantom trouppe was fast enough to escape the fun fun cloth being caught off guard and in a car so and with the speed feats we see pitou display there is no reason to belief that the royal guard wouldn't be able to pull that off in a battle situation either.
3. Feitan had trouble to pierce zazand skin with his sword which was likely strengthened by nen (shu) likewise kallutos paper first had trouble piercing a foot soldiers ant skin (one did eventually stick leading to a stronger attack) so i don't think shalnarks needles would pierce a royal guards or at least it is reasonable to assume that
4. In the same manner kalluto pribably couldn't cut through the royal guards so shizuku couldn't suck out their blood

I feel like taking on all 3 guards would be the worst choice for them. The troupe does best with Prep Time, something Hisoka learned the hard way. Dependent on how they encounter the guards could mean all the difference. Looking at the feats of the Troupe vs The Guards, I'm guessing that had Uvogin been alive he'd be in a similar category to Youpi. Not quite Youpi's power, but very close, considering the rage explosion vs Big Bang Punch. Knowing that, Phinks, Franklin, etc would be a good choice to fight youpi, with ranged attacks peppering the beast, Phinks' charged punched (would take approximately 210 Rotations if the math and scaling is right). Youpi also isnt the smartest, and could be easily tricked. Troupe vs Youpi, I'd say, especially since the troupe would be more into the defeat at any cost thing, the troupe would win. However, in character, none of them would help eachother in this fight, unless it was Chrollo.
Looking at Pouf, we know that at a third of his power, he could have been defeated by Killua, who at this point, is roughly equal to (if not better) than his brother = or less than Hisoka. That said, there are many choices here, and I believe Pain Packer would do wonders against Pouf and his clones. Pouf's spore dust stuff would also be ineffective and burn up due to pain packer. Alternatively, I believe Kalluto's paper could also be strong enough to deal with Pouf's clones. Troupe vs Pouf, Troupe Wins.
Now we get to the hard part. Pitou. Most of what pitou is capable of in battle is based around off screen assumptions. Pitou is strong, able to leap great distances and defeat Kite in nearly an instant. Pitou is fast, but not as fast as the speed of sound (seen with Netero). Her (yeah, I prefer saying her for Pitou) nen is not made for battle, and the only one that would help is Terpsicora, which is basically Shalnark's Auto Pilot. However, and even though Bolenov's Jupiter isn't that strong, I believe that with Pitou's enhanced hearing, it may be even stronger than before. With it being the speed of sound, Pitou could not escape. However, I dont believe that would put her down. A decisive blow would be needed, and even then, she may reanimate herself. I think that Nobunaga and the rest of the Toure might be able to take her with Bolenov, if she toys with them. Otherwise, she is just too fast. If they caught her in a situation like Gon had, she'd be dead in an instant however, Nobu slicing her head off. Troupe vs Pitou outcome unclear.
But, I believe if Chrollo had the prep time that the invasion team did, these three are going down in an instant. He's shown to be incredibly smart and perceptive, possibly an equal to Meruem. He's also strong, strong enough that a man who would have been able to kill Pitou, and had been seen as near Netero's ability, said that if Chrollo were trying he would've been dead, I definitely see the troupe, with prep, winning, even against all 3 guards at once.

As for strength Pitou was stated to be able to instantly decapitated a psych snapped Gon, who, aside from scaling to leader class ants(which he fought in his base form and only Feitan could manage to defeat) also was stated to be able to Kill Morel in one hit with his Jan Ken amps

Killua is using electricity to react without thinking about it (kinda like Ultra Instinct. I think someone ripped off HxH lol). Electricity in the body can move at 3x the speed of sound. Therefore, Godspeed Killua = Higher Speed than Pitou. At least in reaction and general movement. Not necessarily a dead sprint however, as we see in the following arc where Killua is caught up to by a slightly amped up Nen Powered Motorbike.

We do realize that the only way the ants lost was because 2/3+meruem got poisoning from a literal nuke, and the third lost to a being who was compared to pre amnesia meruem and before that even happened they fought non stop against 2 High Class Hunters they’re 2/3 pupils, gon and killua, etc all while showing barely no hint of losing stamina, the only exception maybe is pitou but even then thats discrediting her using her nen for hour straight to heal kumogi which takes toll… This reminds me of “Can Akatsuki Beat team 7”

When Chrollo was in vulnerable position and couldn't use nen, he still acted calm and was able to figure put Kurapika's weakness which was his desire to save his friends more than to kill the troupe. When Pitou was in a vulnerable position against Gon and couldn't use nen due to healing Komugi, she tried hiding Komugi's healing progress and the fact that she finished operating on her, yet Gon saw through her lies and threatened to kill Komugi if Pitou did that again. There is plenty of other evidence that points to Chrollo being smarter than Pitou such as Hisoka vs Chrollo fight and Chrollo figuring out who the chain user is. Pitou simply hasn't demonstrated any proficiency in mind games and tactical thinking in a way Chrollo did.

And Chrollo's calmness in situations like against Kurapika is one of things that the guards don't have. Somebody who remains calm, keeps his priorities straight and doesn't get overconfident is smarter than those who panic, have conflicting priorities and are overconfident.

Royal guard have strong physical but they lack technicality and brains excluding the King and if there are no king to defend i dont know it they function well. Just to be clear netero the strongest hunter even avoided them and didnt hunt them because he knows the capabilites of this group as a team.
No netero just didn't care. Alot of pro hunters could take on members of the phantom troupe. Zeno and silva can defeat members of the troupe etc.

The royal guards are instinctively predators. What held them back was their tendency to guard the king and tend to his needs. On their own, they are forces of mass destruction. Pouf included. I don't think even Netero could have defeated Youpi of Pitou. Chrollo may be able to get away and inflict some damage, but 3 vs 11 , the troupe doesn't stand a chance. Pitou is very intelligent, Youpi's battle instincts are second to none and pouf is a literal psychiatrist.

2 things I initially red flagged as wrong. 1) Phinks doesn’t get unlimited stored power with his ability. He draws up his ability and I’m assuming his max is his limit. Like donkey Kong in super smash bros. He may be able to run about at full power but holding that much power is probably exhausting let alone unleashing it. Sure it might damage the guards but his body might just as easily be injured if not worse. 2) if he does use max power and doesn’t deal a lethal blow, 2/3 could regenerate to an extent with pitou at least able to heal. Afterwards Phinks would be drained as well.
Second you are underestimating 3 essential qualities of both groups. 1) The guards speed is fast enough to take out one or even two of the troupe before things even got started. 2&3) motivation plays a large part. If they are hunting said beast because they killed one of their own then Chrollo would take time, develop a strategy, separate them, the troupe would be more on guard etc. Whereas say they met because chrollo was in the middle of robbing that dictators house and the three guards just happened to kick the door in so everyone is together then it’s a much different battle.
My theory is that bumping into each other the spiders would lose. At least one or two members and with pitou’s luck they may take out shalnark or bonolenov on instinct. Maybe the troupe even engages in a one v one because they underestimate them like the other ants.
After some back and forth the rest of the troupe escape. They suffer defeat losing a few people and possibly a few major injuries like lost limbs. The guards also take some injuries but next time both parties are on guard. Chrollo develops a plan and in round 2 the come out on top.
Honestly, I feel like this whole fight is hinged on how seriously the royal guard takes the fight, which in turn would kind of depend on when in the arc it happens as well as what the Phantom Troupe has done while getting to them (this of course means the scales tip even further towards the Phantom Troupe given the general low opinion the royal guards have for the humans.)
Even tho i like the phantom troupe a lot they simply cannot win against the Royal Guards
Pitou is as deadly as an assassin as she is useful as a support, doctor blight would render long term damage on her and Youpi pointless, while Terpschora would make even the fastest spiders look like snails in comparison, she would 100% speedblitz even Feitan, Phinks and Nobugaba arguably the fastest of the troupe
Also the Guards are god like level of intellect and strategy, Pouf Spiritual Message and his natural intellect would expose most hiden strategies from Chrollo and the troupe, while Beelzebub would keep him safe even if hes hit
another pretty good yet very risky win condition would just be to send feitan in there to get his ass whooped to the brink of death all while phinks charges his fist he gets in there one shots youpi gets outta there feitan at this time should have accrued much more pain than he did in his fight with Zazan and uses that pain packet to completely annihilates pouf down to his very last cell now you have a severely injured feitan alongside the rest of the troupe against pitou
Your theory has a lots of flaws. First I know Feitan is strong but he isn't surviving Youpi's blast and for phink to charge a punch that can one shot youpi would need probably 1000+ swings and that's gonna take quite a lot of time and other guards will definitely notice this and they are not gonna sit idle and watch youpi toying with feitan . And many troop members would be killed (or brutally injured) instantly by pitou like kite. Plus don't forget that they still have a sleaky butterfly roaming here and there.
Okay, i hope the troupe can tank chairmans attack..and yet Pitou survived..that one attack is enough for feitan to burn earth..

Abilities aren't that important if you're facing an opponent with massively superior stats. This is why the Shadow Beasts stood no chance agaisnt Uvo, or why the Mafia bodyguards got wiped out so easily. The Guard are just so much faster and stronger than everyone in the Troupe.
Depends of the ability.....Kurapika only trained a few months in Nen and his ability made him a nightmare for the spiders who have many years of experience with Nen. One could argue that Rabid dog could have taken down Uvo if he had chosen a deadly poison as his ability or if the paralysis he inflicted also affected from the neck and above.
Phantom Troupe literally carried the anime for me until Chimera Ants. I watched because I was just excited about when they would appear. So even if they couldn't beat the Royal Guard I choose to believe they could out of love.
Well it took hisoka moments to decapitate and kill Kurotopi and Shalnark so I don't think love is enough
the royal guard absolutely decimate the weaker members of the troupe struggle with peons and the stronger are about squadron leader level which are two levels below royal guard
