We're going to be flying Economy class on the Boeing 777-300er in May from South Africa to Dubai and then on to Larnaca. I hope we get to sit on the new seats. Are they ALL new? I read online that they are refurbishing the economy class seats on Emirates planes.
Bad news I’m afraid. They use the OLDEST aircraft on this route and it’s truly awful. Seriously consider changing to Qatar and this from a silver member emirates. I will not fly with them again
The night view of each city seen from the sky is beautiful🌃. From this spring, Emirates has started the Dubai ーHaneda🗾 route with B777✈️, so please try using it next time.

Thanks for your report. I tried flying with Ryanair only once from Madrid to CPH. The priority boarding was excellent that time. I was also fearing the worst. But it was pretty ok also. Keep on doing your great reports ! 😊

You are excellent and comprehensive! I’m glad I found your channel and I subscribed. … I can’t help but notice how Emirates fly map screen mention a tiny Saudi city near Qatar (Al-Qutaif) but ignores naming Qatar on the map or Doha (a major airport). I know how these people think, and how jealous of us they are (they tried to blockade Qatar in order among other things, destroy Qatar Airways, but they failed). It’s just pity.

Hate this latest cabin. The previous cabin was a lot better, with the tray tables that could be half open and the screen remote.

Emirates is top notch. Again.
If i compere only the look of that toilette with the aircraft i've been travelling ( Qatar 77W A7-BAN ) then this one here looks like from a 5 star hotel while ours was from a youth hostel. No soap. No fragance. No moisture cream. Just toilett paper and a dirty toilet to flush. Very very poor standard on Qatar"s 77W. ( January 2023 )

The cringiest thing about the 777 is that as a economy passenger you have to walk threw buisness class to get to youre cheap seat xD
