I think most people misunderstand how Accsoon wireless dual/tri-band systems work and why they are so reliable...they don't switch between these various frequencies but instead COMBINE the output from each band into a cohesive single stream of data packets and they have a patent for this technology that no other company can utilize...I have put the previous Accsoon Cineeyes 2S pro wireless system up against a Teradeck Bolt 4K (that cost ten times the price) and the Accsoon was FAR more reliable over much greater distances. I have just received my new Accsoon Cineview 4K system and it looks great after a quick test...I look forward to utilizing its low latency transmission capability for live production events in the coming year and I am sure it will be a reliable piece of quality gear for a fraction of the cost of the high end competition on offer.
It’s so amazing what has been going on in the last few years. So many companies providing great products for filmmaking. Sure most of them started kind of gimmicky but matured a lot along the way. This provides gear to all levels of filmmaking and kicks other brands from their monopoly positions who got way too comfortable and expensive.
I would buy a 1080p version of this for 400 USD. The problem with this is that for 300 USD more, you can get a zero latency terradek ACE 750. This seem to be the limit of what can be used for wireless follow focus and would put it at an affordable solution for the masses even at only 1080p.
Great question. One difference I noticed in the specs, is that the DJI can transmit up to 1080p 60fps. Accsoon does 4K 60p. But, when you consider that you're mostly looking at monitors that are 5-inch on average and maybe a 19-inch director's monitor, 1080p is probably sufficient since you're not looking at a screen in a theater.
There are a few differences. Mainly the CineView is much more professional and feature-rich. DJI is really good at far distances. That comes from their drone tech, but for me, it's not really useful in camera monitoring because you are never that far away.

More professional for sure.
Fascinating, had been thinking about this or the DJI.
