Hi thank you for this video! Though I cant find where I can select Alpha matte here in 8:43
In the latest version of After Effects, the popup doesn't show the types of matte, but the name of a layer to select. After selection you choose the kind of track matte you want (alpha/ luma/ inv) via the icons to the right of the layer name.

@Андрей Andrew Think I may have figured it out possibly, in his description he has added a reflection map VIDEO that moves from L to R , then on the reflection map comp before he makes it an alpha matt , he adds cc glass and cc blobbylize same details as he mentions on his video 🙂

i found the solution. you have to remove the first composition from the glossy composition and replace it with a copied and pasted one. It is impossible to put a composition in another composition that uses it. I hope it's clear (I'm French and I used google translate).
