Tutorial is great, however I would rate it excellent if you also added few details about some of the steps as to why you used those values and how they affect the result. example- you said to change Instability rate to -29 at 4:10 , if you could also tell how the values affect the result then it would be amazing.

Создать кучу ключей, чтобы потом треть тупо удалить. др*чить exposure, чтобы потом удалить, игнорировать целые числа как будто именно 39, 4.10 и прочие малозапоминающиеся числа изменят всю картину. Может во мне косяк, но я них*я не запомнил из урока

When you render the video you need to change it from h.264 to QuickTime and also select the rgb+alpha
