One 747-400 of British Airways G-BYGC was painted in BOAC (stored in St. Athan, Wales) and A319-132 was painted in the BEA livery which was still active.
G-CIVB was painted in the Negus Livery which it was stored in Kemble Cotswold and G-BNLY was painted in the Landor Livery and was stored in Dunsfold Aerodrome. I love those retro liveries of them
Thank you - 22 years up front in the left seat flying our Queens in various liveries in both the -200 and 400 series variants has left behind a very big Goodbye
I love boac Boeing 747
Amazing!!
Nice vid
Excellent.
Thx
Was it really delivered in 1970 I thought it was 1974 when I got the first 747 100
Rip British Airways b747 fleet 1970-2020 or 1974-2024
You see, British Airways was founded in 1974 due to the merger of BOAC & BEA, BOAC ordered 747's and operated 15 741's before they did they merger and formed British Airways in 1974. Make sense now?
And rip boac
