    Quick tip for the awesome bokeh shapes: try using cutout stamps that scrapbookers use - so many options for shapes and a clean cut without messing around with hand cutting.

    I have in the past used hairspray on a UV filter. You could also try deodorant spray because it's often a white powder spray that can create a white diffusion filter.

    This was a really fun episode! The humor felt a lot like episodes from a few years ago, and this had great DIY tips that professionals probably still use even if they have the actual filters. I had heard the bokeh shape tip before, but these examples really sold it for me. I seriously have to try it!
