So I learned a trick when mixing paint with water to avoid bubbles. Firstly, you HAVE to use a stirring stick, don't shake it. Go SLOW, avoid any lapping noise, and pop them with a torch as soon as they appear on the surface. When mixing with water, bubbles appear more readily and stay put! Lol. It's super annoying. But this helped me tremendously, and now I can use paint immediately after mixing it! Hope this helps.
You and Olga are my favourite people to watch pouring paint ... Because of the 2 of you, I have just begun I think anyone would feel slightly inadequate after watching Olga ... I have such a long way to go ... I've only done 6 paintings so far Thanks for sharing all your great work & tips :)
I love Olga's work. For a first attempt at her style, I think you did really well! Love the colours. I know exactly what you mean about the Prussian blue mixing with the white too - it's stunning!
I had a lot of bubbles in a black, I saw somewhere that using a piece of a nylon to strain it to a different container works. Well I tried it and it worked amazingly! Anyway try it out!!Love your work!
Hey! I can totally tell you used Olga’s recipe! That is awesome!! Great job!! I, too, have tried her method that she makes look effortless and got nowhere nearly as close as yours! Really great job! 🎉👏🏻
❤Brother your work is spectacular. I laughed 😅and laughed 😂 when you called your work Juvenile! Far from from it My Friend. You do not only do Beautiful work, you inspire people like me, a 60 year old man who got bored just painting and woodworking. Thank you very much. Darren W
Outstanding! And yes, Olga is in a league of own. No one can do Olga, but Olga lol! But you are the one and only JMo! Your pieces are always gorgeous! Thanks for letting us ❤ tag along 🌷
Olga is good, I found a new source her name is Kanella Circa Art, her mix of colors are amazing never you fail with combinations, I used to fail , I had not clear what I should not mix 🤣🤣 and beautiful colores used to turn in browns or darks so horrible, but kanella mixes are amazing so bright I super recommended
The succes for dutch pour is done on this video. 🎉 The color and the lacing is really gorgeous. ❤ Maybe do another dutch pour on the next video but used a blow dryer. 🤷♀️
WOW what a beautiful piece of art! I'm sooo just beginning but am having a blast! I love your mouth blowing.... no mini blower or hair dryer!! It seems to me your paints are a bit thinner then mine are and it seems much easier to mouth blow.... I'm going to set down my mini blower and try this technique! Thank You! Love it
If you just pour outta the bottle instead of squeezing it out.. you'll get less bubbles (for the base).😉I think maybe that is why she puts her paints in cups more so now than squirting from the bottle and thats in my experience as well. Just paint & water is so much more vibrant and does incredible things! Personally, I think Olga comes from another planet because she is sooo beyond talented! Iridescents from pebeo and mixing them with amst colors gives beautiful cells & lacing with just paint & water. You did well!☺ I think it is SUPER pretty!!🤩 I Love IT!
@@JoGray1987 Your paintings should look like you. Why would you want your art to look like anybody else’s?
So cool! Love the colors! I just can't believe you blew it out with your mouth!😯 I would have passed out😵💫🤣 I have been on a dutch pour kick lately, it really takes practice.
I’ve found that squirting your paint out of those bottles can sometimes create more bubble when you squirt a lot quickly. Did you have fewer bubbles in the swipe colors that you squirted slowly? You did a GREAT job. I like watching Olga’s vids. She’s so talented.
It turned out gorgeous! The are so vibrant! Your paintings are just WOW. I was wondering if you can send me Olga's recipe for making the pouring medium ?

Seems like Olga and Molly both use torches before they blow the paint out. It really pops most of the bubbles. The heat gun doesn't seem to work quite as well. You're talented and this was a great job at trying something new
It's gorgeous Johnny. Olga is awesome😎 maybe mix in the cup then put into the bottle, swirl instead of shake? I have plenty of bubbles just stirring though🙁
Pretty, really nice flow. Is this her new recipe from her course? if not can you tell us what you used and consistency. I cant seem to get my paints to have that nice flow.
You have to release the air from the pour bottles. I take my caps off and tap the bottoms every day and before I use them. I don’t shake my paint up and down after it’s mixed as in doing so creates more bubbles.
Yours looks so different than hers, but I love it! The finger swipe added an interesting flow. I was wondering about the recipe you used. Was it just paint and water (that's the only recipe I've seen her mention on her videos) or is there something else in there?
Here is a tip you may try for breaking fluid tension, add a little salt to your water first until it is totally dissolved. Mix into your paint well. I don't know how it with affect the paint as far as making cells in acrylic paint. But salt breaks plain water tension (water beads) in watercolor paint giving the paint an interesting effect. I haven't tried acrylic paint nor do I know if it will help break the air bubbles. Its worth a test. Let me know how it goes. Air bubbles, an if it creates cells in a different way.
I love your painting and color choices. Also, I find your many video transitions distracting. I had a professor tell me once to use transitions judicially because, otherwise, the transitions can become the focus. I'm sorry if this sounds too critical. You know I love your work. 🤗
LOL, your apology to Olga was pretty cute! I totally get it - she makes it look ridiculously simple and it’s not! I’m thinking about trying bottles as well to get that thin measured line as I lay the paint down. Oh, and have you seen the Puffy 2000 mouth blower?? I’ve got one so I don’t have to blow with a straw. I think you’d like playing with it. Just Google it. I think it’s an Etsy seller.
Luv the color combination! Can I ask what the paint to water recipe/mix is, and what consistency (how thick/thin) it was when you mixed it? The finger swirls were a fun touch!
I am also interested in the recipe. I took the A to Z course with Olga Molly and Rinske but it seems her recipe has changed to be mixed with only water. Curious which recipe he used for this.

At first I thought you might have too many colors but everyone of them showed up! You’re finger swipe was really good. I’m inspired to give it a try.
I really love this one 😊🇸🇪
Oh, my word! Those colors are gorgeous! Try using a hair dryer next, to see what happens. Love watching you try new things.❤
It’s fun to get out of your comfort zone and take chances! Well done!! Those colors are amazing!
Gorgeous. I had flu vaccine yesterday and woke up feeling sick and seeing this cheered me up a little bit. ❤
I need to try this again and again until I master it. It mastered me last time I tried. Love your painting.
Great job! You can torch after you have laid your colors down, I find it’s the best way to get rid of bubbles. Can’t wait to see another one 😊
Having fun and relaxing is what it's all about..looks great😁

Oh wow! I just loved 1st how you put the color down, then you blew it out and Gorgeous!!❤

Totally agree Olga is something else her paintings are amazing. But I love watching these videos but when I try they don't look like these lol
I use water in my paint all the time. I don’t know why some people don’t. It’s already consists of 90% water. What’s a few more percent.
I also use house paint:) I can’t afford all the floetrol and expensive tiny paint colours.

Beautiful painting.
Wonderful. You are doing you. Rinske has an awesome course on her Dutch pours.
Olga is great to watch.
So cool. I have yet to get a dutch pour to look good.
Its gorgeous!!
I think the bubbles look cool.
That was very pretty J, I think it is gorgeous and the colors are magnificent. What was so special about this pour?
Gorgeous, Love this piece. Your so great at these blow outs. Thanks for sharing with all of us
It's beautiful 🖒💖

Use a torch when you lay your base paint and then on your layered paints before you blow them out will get rid of bubbles.
You have to release the air from the pour bottles. I take my caps off and tap the bottoms every day and before I use them. I don’t shake my paint up and down after it’s mixed as in doing so creates more bubbles.
This came out beautifully and the composition is really cool (not juvenile, lol)!
Does the australian flotrel make that much of a difference? Also does it work w the varnish instead of the silicon?
Love it... was the pillow just the ordinary white acrylic paint? any particular brand of paint you use?
Try a kitchen torch and gently wave at over the making sure not to burn
I love this! Are you able to use a can of compressed air to blow it out for a more continuous blow, or would it effect it differently?
Where are you having a storm? When you were blowing this out your camera just kept flickering on and off like a jigsaw puzzle. Painting is pretty.
❤😂
Did I miss you saying how you mixed your paint? Was this just with water, or something else?
Мне очень понравилось, как ты сказал : если я не буду делать, то я не стану лучше. Ты абсолютно прав.

Awesome colours. Maybe if u tapped the bottle some of the bubbles would rise up
Wow groovy
Great job! Is it possible for you to put a warning for all the transitional screen changes and flashes? Thank you
This link for the FREE Acrylic Pouring Quickstart E-Book doesn't work so how can I get it? Also, what is the name of the specific paints you used?

Torching gets rid of the bubbles, I just use a refillable little blow torch not expensive to buy

Use a pressurizer it helps to get the air out
This isn’t juvenile looking bro, that’s beautiful
I bought an heat gun and I used it last weekend and there were all sorts of particles that landed on my paint after using it to pop the air bubbles
Torch is better for bubbles..I mix right before I pour, torch the bubbles and never have a problem
Please please. How do you secure the canvas to the rotator?😢😢😢😢😅😅😅😅I have SIX hair dryers and I booobooooo each time
What is the mixture?
In my experience using the squeeze bottles creates bubbles from squeezing the paint out, I'm not sure how Olga does it haha
What is the dutch pour recipe
I watch her too. You should also check out Molly from Molly's artistry if you haven't already.
Pretty painting but I have to be honest and say that the continual change of camera angle gave me a dizzy head.
Me too, along with all the special effects. Unfortunately if your videos continue tp be edited like this I won't be able to watch them 😭
Same i thought ky device was clitching
Not juvenile at all. Pretty cool
I never worry about bubbles..I just torch them, they pop
HAHAAA WHAT YOU DID JYST LIKE I DID !
Why don't you pop with torch
No, using the finger for doing the wrecking enhancing whatever is better than using a stick
Why don't you use a blow dryer?
