    Great video! Thank you so much. I was a runner ing high school and college and after a decade I am trying to get back into it and wow sooo much more information about running than what was available back then!

      @@_strengthmatters First you're way over complicating stuff. Second, the concept of building an aerobic base has been around long before the 80's. Third, aerobic base can be built w/ high intensity workouts..
