There is a lot of science on this. Why are you not showing any? So much here that is lost in your translation- how many hours a week is athlete doing? What is the distribution of effort? Are certain distributions of effort more efficient for optimizing ??? etc etc. I am amazed at the lack of detail here.

The coaches are more covering the question asked in how those specific systems are representing within TrainerRoad through Adaptations and Progression Levels, so we're trying to stay true to our athlete's major points of confusion.
If you want us to get into more of the research and studies surrounding this, it would be a good submission for our Science of Getting Faster Podcast: trainerroad.com/podcast to submit! :)

Plan Builder and Adaptive Training help address that, especially once we are finished building Levels V2 that account for all outside/unstructured rides as well! :)
