FRC or W' (Work capacity above FTP/CP) is not anaerobic capacity as stated around 5:30. It is a historic misnomer. Above VO2max is anaerobic. Oxygen consumption rises linearly with power up to VO2max. Lactate and fatigue above FTP comes from fast twich fibers that are poorly doing aerobic work. Coggan names Zone 6 anaerobic, San Millan says there is plenty of oxygen between FTP and VO2 max.
