One thing I wish a fitness influencer would do is guide someone from zero to hero. Imagine taking someone who is completely unhealthy and, through training, diet, and sleep advice etc witnessing their transformation
There used to be a show called “the biggest loser” and it was literally about having bigger people get professional help and see who could lose the most in a set amount of time, it was a cool show but sadly it got cancelled years ago
yo new vid bro i like bro because he is real while other calisthenics guys and gym guys are over energetic kinda thing he kind reminds me of like sma sulk for like calisthenics idk why
Absolutely amazing video time and effort is key to calisthenics and I think if people can follow through with those two things they can get to your level with enough patience and time
Honestly, calisthenics changed my life too, i literally went back to university last year to become a P.E. teacher (you need to be a P.E. teacher here in Brazil if you want to train anyone in anything) to make a living out of this beautiful thing that i love and help everyone else to be happy with themselves, healthy all the good stuff. And frankly, for me at least, calisthenics are hella fun.
Hey man, just wanted to say thanks. everything you said made perfect sense. i started going to the gym a few months ago and as i made (hella slow) progress it didnt feel right, and didnt know why till you said the pre conditioning thing. im like 135 5’10” (hella skinny) and figured i need to start slower but didnt know how till calisthenics. i literally just tries to do an L sit on two weights i had lying around cause i got so excited at something to try. anyways just wanted to say thanks. ill be looking through your channel to see if i can find anything else helpful for someone new.
Hey I really appreciate your Video’s listening to you has really helped me structure my workouts better and I feel way less guilty when I take a week off to rest didn’t realize that was a thing. Your awesome
Glad it was helpful, don't feel bad if you need to take a break the most important thing is to listen to your body, it'll tell you when it needs a break
definitely implementing the beginning circuit into my workouts, hopefully by the end of the year i master the core exercises ‼️ good luck to everyone else starting w me
Heyooo, I'm 195cm/ 80 Kg. And it's been sooo hard doing calisthenics for me. I've been at it for a year and I still can't get a handstand( to be fair I haven't been trying seriously for it) I've just been working on building my fondation strength. Ending of last year I hit my 10 pull ups with clean form for 3 sets( minus the last set ofcourse😹) . And my pushing strength and core strength have increased aswell. This year I'm going to start my soul training arc. I'll let you all know how it goes
I wanted to ask, What are some ways i can target my muscles from calisthenics that are usually hit very well with weightlifting? I kinda have a passion for calisthenics, i remember before starting the gym i used to go train calisthenics and do progressions to pullups, front lever, L-sit etc at my local park where theres excercise bars. It was my first time training. After that i pretty much started consistently going to the gym and weightlifting, experimenting on my own and finding my own workout that works for me, now that ive stuck to it and its been 1year and a few months of a good workout and im seeing results, i wanna know what kinds of calisthenic movements can build things like the upper chest for aesthetics etc. Its obviously not the dips because when i used to do dips at the excercise bars in my park, i developed a soggy chest with a dominant lower chest. I wanna replace some of my weightlifting movements with calisthenics without affecting my aesthetics, so if you have any suggestions please let me know. Thanks man ✌️
Bro ive been weight training for a year and a half, i just started calisthenics it took months of constant training to unlock the muscle up with no swing. But my tendon on my elbow is DESTROYED, its hard to do triceps workouts. Im doing pretty good with plench progressions but somedays i cant move my arm bc of my elbow. Any tips please?
