Every movie I watch will eventually get old. My favorite movies, got boring over time as I continued watching them. But not Coraline. It keeps me interested noticing small bits I haven't before, the great music, everything. It's my favorite movie (along with 9)

I will say, that sort of freedom would drive me mad if I made digital art. When I make mistakes on paper, I have to find ways to incorporate them into my art. If I made digital art, I feel like I'd be so obsessed woth correcting little errors, that I wouldn't be able to make as many artworks.
No shade on people who can make digital art and are incredible at it, I just don't feel that it would make for the best fit with my style.
@@johngreen8344 i feel the same way. as somebody who learned art traditionally and dabbles in digital, i find i make much more authentic art traditionally, and not necessarily because i prefer the medium. it's just easier to get lost in your drawing when it has a life of its own instead of trying to replicate something exactly from an image in my head. if that makes sense
i can watch all behind-the-scenes footage and coraline and never get bored of it.
These movies are what inspired me to want to go into animation. I love everything about animation and I hope one day I could possibly work at a magical place like this

I love Coraline so much and always will. Coraline has always been a movie that no matter how many times I watch it, it will never get old or make me feel like I’ve over watched it because it is so unique and takes me into a whole new world ❤

wow. So this is why i felt like I was dreaming when I saw this the first time, no lie. One of the most memorable movies of the decade for me and I was in my late 20's when I saw it.
This movie never cease to amaze me even after 13 years later.
I've loved this Studios work for a long time now. They've inspired me to work on my own stop motion! Such beautiful work, thank Laika Studios for inspiring me

My favorite film of all times
I’ve been on the behind the scenes set at one time, at comic con and it was beautiful these people were very hard all day and all night just to get their sets exactly perfect how they want to be in their movie and it is amazing how they go frame by frame and have so much patience to make such a beautiful thing thank you everybody You have worked on this movie because they are Lifesavers this is my favorite movie since I was a child very very little child and I’ll love this movie still to this day it is a beautiful creation and it is a beautiful world so thank you
Just watched all of Laika’s movies again and there all just as good as the first time I saw them.

They made every frame of this movie on scratch, i mean they builded the dolls and the plants differently and repetitively on each second to make this movie.
That's why it looks like dolls or hand made play doughs, because they do are xd
