Great repair and video mate. Can I ask did you do a apprenticeship as a body guy or are you self taught? Or was there someone who help you learn. Keep up the great videos mate.
Hi mate - I didn’t keep a tab on the hours of this series of repairs. But I would guesstimate around 35-40hrs to repair the dogleg/sill panel adjacent, B pillar lower section/sill panel top and replace outer sill panel + removal, trial fit and refit of the doors.
good stuff mate enjoying this build
id like to see more of you making repair panels like the B piler and dog leg how you do this thanks😀
Another quality video Gary you really go the extra mile on your repairs no stone left unturned well done 👍

Self taught mostly, never done a trade but been in the industry in some shape or form for just under 10 years.
Really great Video mate! Just wondering how many hours roughly that whole job took?

What thickness steel were you using?
1.6mm in the sill, 1mm in the section of b pillar I made. All as per factory.
