All builders have one thing in common. And that is builders leave no possible ways of cheating residents. Their purpose is to loot residents by all means. Country needs special laws to deal with these cheaters. There are different agencies like JDA NGT n RERA etc but they are not held responsible if rules are violated by builders.
Thank you Mr Praveen Jakhar for taking up our case and giving it publicity. It is otherwise very difficult for Residents to raise any issues with Govt agencies. The Govt machinery is grossly inadequate to serve the common residents as all rules are either favouring the Builders or the Govt agencies are silenced with the power and money of big Builders. Builders install their own people in the RWA and extort money continuously from the naive residents. It becomes very difficult for the Residents to run to Registrar or Court for getting any justice while Builders have Lawyers on their payroll for such activities. It is time for all Residents to rise and use this platform to wake up Govt agencies and warn Builders.

This was a protest for non delivering present illegal MC and make this protestors' group strong & credible as well. By way of giving a fair and valorous leadership, against wrongdoings of present arbitrary management, the officially elected MC in the leadership of President Shri Krish Dubey is doing wonderful job. Jhakhar ji has done graceful journalism by showing the residents' feelings, and pathetic state of the office of Registrar, Cooperative societies for not being efficient in discharging their duties. The concerned laws for regulation of residential societies administration needs to be amended for democratic processes.
Builders are fleecing the residents. So many families are suffering. RWA is under the influence of the builder. Why the builder is not returning the fund of 5-6 crores rupees.
