@@sherryowens999 Well I agree that it’s not the same without Steve. But, Arnel does a great job. And, everyone else is there except Steve Smith.

Well just so you know AP has been the longest vocalist of Journey now 16 years no break, SP was with them in his younger years for 10 years took a break for 7 years and went back for 3 years. SP may have started journey but AP is carrying that longevity of the band, he is 58 years old and still touring. Do you think SP could have lasted that long? Where is he now? Hes not singing anymore. Too many people dont appreciate what AP has done for the band. He challenged the fans that he is willing to leave the band, and all his bandmates dont want him to leave.

@@blossomgarrido766 I'm not sure if your comment was directed to me or @sherryowens999 but just wanted to respond. I'm well aware of the band's history, I've followed them since the early 80s. If you check out my previous Journey episodes I make it clear that to me, Steve Perry is the voice of the band and will always be my favorite Journey lead singer. However, I also don't want to take away from Arnel. Thing is, Steve Perry is still singing, he just released a new Christmas album. However Arnel wants to go is up to him. I don't think Arnel covers original Journey songs as well as Steve (Steve will always be "The Voice") but I'm also not going to take away from his original music with the band.
