How Does My Tesla Model 3 Handle Bitterly Cold Winter Camping?

The weather lined up for a frosty -15C winter camping trip with my Tesla Model 3! I always hear FUD about how EVs perform in the cold, so I wanted to show you what happens when you take one out on a winter camping overnighter. I plugged it in on the TT30 RV electrical hookup to charge overnight. Even in the bitter cold, the Model 3 fully charged overnight by the time I woke up; meaning I left camp bright and early with a fully charged battery! (It's LFP, so it likes 100%)

After having a bad experience last year, I was not eager to repeat the same mistakes, lol. Not sure if you watched the original video where that happened, but I had my stock all-seasons on and was slipping & sliding all over the place. Wound up in a rut where I had parked my Model 3 at the campsite. Trying to get it unstuck, I kept sliding closer and closer to the electrical outlet pole. Didn't want to damage the car so I just gave up and called a tow truck. Cost me almost $300 to get pulled a couple feet sideways...
This year I spent the money on a set of good winter tires. Ironically it's barely snowed this entire year here; this camping trip was the only exposure my Model 3's gotten to snow & ice this year.
The campsite this time around was almost pure ice, so winter tires weren't going to help much anyways. Not only that, but the entire driveway down into the campsite and the campsite itself were all downhill. Nightmare mode.
