During the frame cleaning part just before the painting begins the technician is touching the frame with his bare hands. The frame should be wiped down again with alcohol or mineral spirits with gloves on to remove grease before painting. That step, if done, is not shown.

      Hi dear
It requires a special request. It looks different on different frames.
You can send email to willis@icancycling.com. We will confirm the details with you.

You should move onto cars/trucks and/or aircraft dude, based on the paint all over the place and on your paint guns, you prolly have the experience to move onto something more complicated and better pay lol. I really like that waterfall paint fume evacuator or whatever the technical term for it is 😆.

why is all that water flowing in the background?

The company I used to work at installed a water flow system in the paint room. It makes a down flow of air to suck up paint over spray. The paint gets trapped in the water. And then the water runs over a media (they look like cement rocks in U shapes) to grab the paint. It was less money to capture over spray than the traditional air and filter methods.
They might have a system like this.

it's an old trick. This can be use also when painting houses. E bucket of water will be placed in a room to take away the smell of the paint. And in this case I believe it works like other already commented above. To avoid the dust to fly in the room and land everywhere.
