Amazing work as always!. Random and noise modules are so underrated and these examples would make anyone think again about their system. Thank you for another very well made video. :)
A+ content. Learned a lot of new patching ideas from this video. Thanks Lucas! One patch idea I like to do is to slew the ASR to create gliding "chords".
Thank you for making this video.I Learnt a lot from this. I love the Verbos random sampling it was my first Verbos module and my gateway into startting the journey fo building my Verbos system. You've really done it justice. One of my main uses of it is patching the output b from the Voltage multistage into the analog shift register for sending around the system. But will defiantly be trying out some ideas inspired by your patches. Really glad too see you've acquired an. octotrack - really interested to see where you take it with your modular. A
Great tutorial on random patching. Even though I I did not end up with the Verbos I can translate many of your ideas into my random module. Thanks for posting.
Hi Lucas, great video as always! 😊 Around 7:45, I see you are using the top fluctuating random cv out going into the EFM input of the filter 8, which is in a LP4 mode. Would it be possible to achieve such an “open-close filter frequency effect” by using just the freq cv input of the ATC instead? Would there be much of a difference that way? As for the envelope could possibly use the exp cv or the lin cv input (right bottom side of the ATC) for controlling the amplitude level at the same time?
This is a great, super thorough video. Thank you! How do you feel about Random Sampling compared to Marbles or the TipTop Buchla Source of Uncertainty?
This isn't a DEMO, that's a MANUAL. Question...I saw that you also had a Sapèl. What made you move from that to the Random Sampling? what didn't you like and why?
Thank you ! I sold the sapel for this one and didn't regret it one bit. I think the Verbos one is much much clearer about what's going on. I also prefer that you can sample external signals, it feels more open ended to me.

Yeah it's an amazing building block ! So important
Cracking up at that krell patch description 😂
Sold ... I just bought one thank you for this. Also picked up the delay because of you.
You won't regret it it's a great random module :)
This is gold! Soundwise and skillswise!
Thank you !

Oh yeah nice ! I love using slides but I have never tried with the ASR.

Got the OT mainly for live, but it will be fun to use with the modular too ! Glad you liked the video !
best modular videos on utube :) !!! wish you all well !
Thanks !
Thank you, Mr. Discount Cortini! Great video ❤️
Ahah you're welcome :)
Yep, awesome stuff! I really like the organic random nature and the sounds are very cool.
Great tutorial on random patching. Even though I I did not end up with the Verbos I can translate many of your ideas into my random module. Thanks for posting.
Thank you ! That's the idea, you can use many of the concepts with other modules :)
Thank you Lucas for that awesome video
You're welcome :)
love this series!
Thanks !
masterclass my friend
Thanks a lot !
Awesome video! Thanks for sharing your inspiring patches.
No worries, glad you liked it !
Thanks Lucas, amazing video as always
Thank you for watching :)
Thanks for sharing this
My pleasure
Nice video! Impressed you found the time ;)
Bits by bits !
🤘🖤these vids!! Thanks for sharing your knowledge
Glad you dig it :)
This beat at 8 min sounds perfectly produced
Thanks ! This one I prepared in the Octatrack for Live sets.
I don't own a random sampling, but this video was very helpful anyways. thank you!
Cool ! Yes hopefully this translates to anything random :)
Great jam ❤🥵
Thanks !

Thanks ! Is it possible to have the link of the interview between Mark Verbos and Divkid please ?
Yep ! Here it is : ruclips.net/video/8I2PfWKT_aY/видео.html I added it to the description as well.

@@LucasMarchal thanks, np English with French accent is beautiful
Sounds great! What reverb are you using?
Pretty sur it's a Dual Verb algo in H9 for all the video
@@LucasMarchal Thanks! It sounds amazing throughout the video. I’ll definitely check it out.
if theres some verbos modules that can fix/avoid distortion of amplified digital sounds?
not quite sure what you mean ?
