Lived in Bowness-on-Windermere for many years. Took my daughter on the Haverthwaite steam train
When she was 4, she's 39 now...how time flies. I still love steam trains, old stations and watching all things related. Thank you.

In 1992, I traveled to the UK on a business trip, and once went there

I was on this railway just two short years ago - and then the world changed forever.

Its a nice railway. Expensive on its own but its better if you do the train sail aquarium deals that are available. Its a shame there is no way of extending this line to carmel unless they built a road bridge or crossing at hatherwaite

That steam train called “Princes” is so small but beautiful. Will you be doing videos of heritage railways in the UK.

Yes, a lovely line. Thank you for uploading this video. It is such a pity that extending down to Ulverston is unlikely. This would give it a mainline connection, restore the integrity of the branch and (possibly) allow for through-running of "specials". Perhaps, one day?! After all, after much work, Peak Rail, The Bluebell and the North Yorkshire Moors Railway achieved this (to name but three of many).
