Wife left husband from a foreign country. Marriage registered in India. She got remarried illegally but the boy is still unable to remarry because first marriage is still active. Girl also filled a case on entire boy’s family asking settlement. Girl being in India does not even show up in court to drag the case. This is the worst situation a family is facing. Everyone in boy’s family appeared in court.
