I am new to the world of cricut l have made 2 of these trees one in a traditional style tree and a Alice in wonderland theme tree it was so easy to make considering I’m a beginner l loved making it Thankyou so much

I love this!! You can put candy or a prize in each little drawer for the kids to get every day! And, it's so pretty and unique!

Love the Advent Calendar! I will definitively make one. I have a suggestion for making the number tags "movable". Instead of using masking tape, cut another tag out of contrasting color card stock without the numbers and glue the two tag pieces together. Then adhere a small Velcro dot on the back of the tag. The other piece is adhered to the drawer. The Velcro dots are self adhesive and work great for this kind of project. I get mine from Amazon but I have also seen them at Joann. They come in 3/8 inch and 5/8 inch diameter.

Well, this is a tough project to assemble .Trying to get those vertical pieces to stay in was a nightmare. I finally used a rubber band to hold the top pieces in. Then I applied glue to the edges of each opening to fix the pieces into place. I want to give this to a friend for her two grandchildren, so it needs to be solid enough to transport. I love your projects and your instructional videos. My daughter in law is going to get a Cricut for Christmas and I will advise her to start with your unboxing video as well as all of the wonderful projects you have on line. Thank you for making my crafting experience a positive one.

Love this idea. Our Advent calendar was always the highlight in our house at Christmas time. Our kids have grown and now have families of their own. My husband and I still put our calendar out. We no longer fill it, but it's tradition. Maybe it's time to change it out. :) Great video, thank you.

I made the advent tree last year for my 17 yr old autistic granddaughter and she loved it. I didn't start it until closer to December and had no time to run and get more Christmas paper so I had to make do with what I had. It turned out well. I was really pleased to get it to her by Dec. 1. I'm interested in the house too this year - I'll have to go look for it.

I couldn't afford buying one but having the feeling of accomplishment I made this and it's something I'll try to take care of for years to come if I store it properly! Thank you, I just made your Advent Calendar I have not used the numbers yet thinking of some like bells or little wooden piece with the # on them. I will try to use Velcro to stick to each in case I need to more around later. I used top from a broken ornament to make it easy to pull the top off. Thank you again for your wonderful work ❤️
